I'm getting paid to sit while you do not answer the phone.

We have been using Brightview for years for summer and winter service and will continue to.

Jon did a great job of checking my irrigation system while doing activation. He found some repairs that are needed and explained them to me before leaving. He said he would report the backflow test & the office would be calling me to arrange an appointment for repairs.

I needed to repair a damaged water line for my sprinkler system. Just as I was getting ready to call Green Turf I saw one of their service vans drive down my street. I was able to flag them down. They were on their way to another customer but agreed to take a quick look at my damaged line. They called in the repair order and said they would return after completing their original call. They returned a few hours later and took care of my repair. This is the kind of customer service I have always received in the 36 years I have been a customer of Green Turf. Kudos!!!

5/9/25 UPDATE: As an update to the issue we recently experienced — I would like to thank Green Turf & Bob for reaching out to us so timely (24 hrs) to respond to our experience and working with us on a solution. This is why we’ve been a long time customer with Green Turf.

We’ve been with Green Turf for many years, however our appt today (5/6/25) was far from the service we have experienced in the past.
We called at 2:30pm and were advised the tech was on his way from St Charles. We called again at 3:40pm and was advised the tech was actually in Warrenton with an emergency. Next we were told there is a tech in our neighborhood who is fixing a leak and he would be at our home next. Not sure which story is true but at this time we are still awaiting the tech for our startup. We do understand things happen but reaching out to us with proactive communication along the way would have helped us tremendously.
As of now there is no way we will be able to make our next appt at 5:30pm today. Very disappointing after being a loyal customer for such a long time.

We are very pleased with the service we receive from Green Turf. Their service people are courteous and knowledgeable. Jon Fraizer is an awesome tech. He is very personable & knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!!!

Went above and beyond to not only activate my system, but was able to repair 2 broken sprinkler heads avoiding another appointment. Then, realized we had our backflow test in another month and was able to do that as well. Very efficient!

Moved into home in January so didn't know that the back corner of yard was a water holding mud hole, which dogs thought it was great way to get three baths a day.
Called Green Turf, that advertises yard drainage and in ground sprinkler systems.
Came out and laid out a plan, gave us a quote, three employees laid out the drainage plan installed collection box to collect the drainage laying in yard. Two workers came back out with top soil leveled out the low area, spread grass seed, covered with straw. Excellent plan, excellent implementation and Mike, Adrian not only worked hard but cleaned up the site patio Cement, side walks and driveway like no work was ever done.
Thes guys were very professional, polite and great workers.
We have had a lot of contractors doing jobs for us but these definitely the best I've seen great employees of their level is hard to fine We hope Green Turf recongises, appreciate what they have in these two employees.
Probably next spring will be doing in ground sprinkler system and they will be on vendor.

Brad always does a great job. Super friendly and knowledgeable.

Jon Frazier always does a great job. He is very mindful wearing booties to prevent dirt or mud into the house, very respectful of property. He is always courteous and on time

Jon Fraizer did an excellent job on our close out of the system. No mess and very effecient.

We had a leak in our sprinkler system and they came out within an hour of our call. Both technicians were very professional and had everything fixed quickly.

I am always so pleased with how professional the service technicians from Green Turf are. Such excellent service!!

Everything was great! They called ahead, let me know exactly what they were doing when they arrived, and made some quick repairs. The lead person (sorry, didn't get his name) was friendly, helpful and very capable. Couldn't ask for more.

Clayton was great--very prompt, clearly communicated and explained what he was doing and what my options were, and answered all my questions!

Mark was great! He explained things to us and was very courteous.

We’ve had Green Turf service our system and they do a fantastic job! Don is our service provider and we continually request him due to his outstanding knowledge of the industry and his service. He’s professional and does a phenomenal job each time he visits our home!
