I can't say enough good things about this tree service company! From the moment I contacted them, their professionalism and knowledge stood out. The team arrived right on time, assessed the situation with my overgrown maple and a leaning branches against my home. Alex clearly explained the best course of action.

They handled the trimming and removal work efficiently and left my yard spotless—like they were never there! What really impressed me was their attention to safety and how respectful they were of my property. The pricing was fair, and they even followed to make sure I was happy with the results.

Alec Drury & crew did a fantastic job clearing a downed tree of ours after St. Louis’ recent tornado. They were quick, efficient, friendly, and did the job for a reasonable price. We really lucked out that they were even available; they came to our home within 30 minutes of our call. WOW! Great service!

Drury Tree Service has great service, easy to communicate with and they did a fantastic job cutting our tree down and removing all the debris. I would recommend them to everyone. Will use them for future projects.

We have used Drury Tree Service several times in the past two years and have always been pleased with their work. The crew is punctual, professional, and safety conscience. Alec’s prices are also very reasonable. He has always been lowest bidder when compared to others in our area yet he offers better service than others we have used in the past. Drury recently removed an enormous oak that was a few feet from our garage and house and it was amazing to watch them control those pieces coming down. We still have a number of diseased trees to remove on our property but all of our work will go to Drury in the future. We definitely recommend them!

Excellent job done here by Alec and his crew. He came through and gave me a detailed explanation of what would be happening to get the limbs over the house taken care of and easily understood breakdown of the costs. Great costs by the way, very affordable. The guys were in and out in a few hours taking care of two trees and clean up was spot on.

Great experience, professionally done with affordable pricing. I plan on using this company for future work. I had a HUGE oak tree they removed safely from my front yard. I was impressed with their work.

Lack of proactive communication is why you get one star. Also, you ask for feedback, and after you get it you have to send a response that argues the feedback. Don't ask for feedback if you can't handle the criticism. The actual work done was adequate, but not very professional

I decided to work with Drury Tree Service because I saw my neighbors working with them on their tree. When they started my tree they were still working on my neighbors tree. While they were working on my tree I saw that they dropped a big branch on my neighbors roof. This made me very nervous so I went outside to document and record them.

They damaged our sidewalk and did a poor job fixing it. Once the tree was removed, stump grinded, patched up and paid for, i thought everything was completed. A couple days later the tree grinder person came back to do some more grinding. Afterwards, i was left with a mess and a massive trench in my front yard. Confused, i contacted Alex about this and asked him if it would be repatched. He affirmed that it would, but i never heard back from him. Instead, his mom emailed to tell me it would be an ADDITIONAL $300+ for cleanup? I reiterated my situation and told them i had paid $400 for cleanup. I also mentioned that my Ring doorbell shows him agreeing to this cleanup. I didn’t hear another word from them and they completely ignored me. This company is very unprofessional and lacks communication. I’d be surprised if they respond to this review.
