Justin and his co worker were professional, honest, and very hard working. They showed up ready to take care of what needed fixed and gave me honest opinions and advice. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work you need!

Was very pleased. Bruce was very responsive to our call and Ray showed up on time the next morning. Took care of our problem, showed us the pictures of before and after. Will definitely use them again.

These guys are AMAZING! I spoke with Bruce on the phone after price shopping for inspectors, and he won me over immediately. He explained exactly what needed to be done with my clients pending home. I won't go into detail about all of the amazing things Bruce and Ray uncovered at the home, or how long they drove to get there... But I will say that I plan on selling my clients on their expertise and loyalty to their customers forever. They're worth the milage, heck I'll pay it! You will not regret hiring this company. 10/5 stars! All the stars!

These guys are amazing. We called on Tuesday to have someone come look at a leak under the house. Turns out our main was completely rusted out. They showed up Wednesday with a backhoe and put in a whole new line by 3! Super nice guys. Walked me through everything they were doing and why. This is the second time we have had to call them out since we moved to Monett 3 years ago and honestly I don't want to call anyone else. Thanks guys!

I live in the county and was having septic issues. The owner Bruce spent about 30 minutes providing detail information and instruction on what could possibly be the issue and a fairly simple fix that I could try previous to a service call if I wanted. He not only saved me a service call but his information solved the problem. Thank you so much Bruce!! I am so glad I found your company.

Matt worked to resolve a badly clogged kitchen sink drain for several hours and was finally able to clear it. Rate was very reasonable considering the difficulty and complications. Thankful we called Advanced Plumbing.

He didn't show up, didn't answer his phone. I had to call another plumber.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Had water flooding into my bedroom and issues with my shower and toilet all of a sudden. Called Bruce late in the evening and Chris and Riley showed up first thing the next day. They stayed and worked on a pretty bad clog for a few hours. I needed a second pipe unclogged a week later having similar issues and they came right out to get it done. They were so friendly and knowledgeable about their craft. The gave us advice on how to keep those pipes clear. I am so glad we called Bruce and his crew. I would recommend them to anyone. I plumbed in are basement and wanted somebody to come out and double check my work he was more than glad to come out and verify what I had done and did not charge me. great guy to work with very appreciative of Bruce. He will be my new plumber going forward if I have any issues.

A plumber named Matt came to my house and broke a clog loose from the main sewer line. He identified the problem quickly. Great service and very professional.

Worst service EVER! Set up an appointment. Waited 30 minutes past scheduled time and called to verify my appointment. I get told sorry another job ran longer than expected. We will call you back when they are on the way or to reschedule. 3 HOURS later still no call back! I am glad they didn't show up. I will happily call someone else who can at least communicate with the customer.

After a terrible customer service experience with another provider, Bruce from Advanced Plumbing stepped in and installed our new electric water heater. Bruce took the time to explain and verify no leaks and working well. Hauled away old tank and cleaned up after himself. A pipe on our hot water heater had a hole and water was leaking everywhere---and of course, it happened on a Saturday! I called Bruce and he was at our house within 30 minutes. The pipe was fixed quickly and the price was reasonable! So thankful that he was able to come on a Saturday and get the job done---thanks so much Bruce! I would definitely recommend Advanced Plumbing and Septic System.

Matt and his team were amazing! Not only were they there within hours but they were courteous, knowledgeable, quick with the repair, respectful of the property and super fair and affordable with their pricing! 100% recommend!!

Had them out for a quote, never recieved the quote and never recieved a call back when I left messages for the quote. Very odd.

We had a surprise leak in the second story of a very old house. Called in the afternoon and they were able to send Matt out at 9 the next morning. He found the problem, went and picked up parts and fixed it in less than 2 hours! He was so professional and showed us what was wrong and how he repaired it. I will definitely call and ask for Matt the next time I need any plumbing work!

These guys rocked it, came out to pump our septic and the main line was clogged. Went way beyond what they had to do to get us going again. I highly recommend them for any of your septic and plumbing needs. They made me a return customer with just one visit . Bruce, Blaine, Austin, Billy, and Bruce's other grandson, came out and replumbed our whole house pretty much. They were all amazing and cleaned up after themselves.
