It is 19 degrees , furnace went out on Thursday, a service technician came within a few hours, assessed the causes, the solutions, discussed options in such understandable and professional terms. We gave the okay to replace this 30 year old unit with new furnace from their supplier in another town which the installers brought before our first cup of coffee the next morning. This was not a straight forward project because of the age and codes involved but the two pros that had an amazing synergy ironed out the difficulties, made the installation complete, swept the floor of the furnace rome removed all signs that there was even any activity at all. They were gone with out a trace in only hours but they sure left a grateful and warm customer with admiration for the Shannon team and company. Service, professionality and prices do not come any better than this. Thank you Shannon for being part of my home and business for all these years.

Woke up to no hot water, on a Sunday! They quickly answered our after business hours call, and sent someone immediately over to check it out. After finding it needed replaced they went directly to their shop to see if they had one in stock. Thankfully, they did and came right back over and installed it! Top notch service, company and family!! We were very grateful to them!

Wow!! Contacted early on Monday morning to repair outdoor woodburning Hardy furnace. They were on-site within the hour and had the parts on the truck for the repair! The technician was helpful and friendly! Fantastic service!
