Drew is fantastic to work with. They were quick to change out my roof with excellent service. Drew handled my insurance claim with top notch customer service. I highly recommend Drew.

This company did a great job. We had a hail storm in April 2023, and another in May 2023. Had issues with our insurance adjuster, roofing in Ozarks came out and was able to get everything on the right track and replaced our roof. Very pleased, highly recommended!

If I could give Alan 10 stars I would. I called and needed help with a very minor roofing issue that a different company wanted to significantly overcharge us for and make us wait to get on the schedule to fix. We were expecting storms and apprehensive about waiting to fix the issue, so I decided to call around and boy am I glad I did that! Alan came over that night to fix the issue then once he got on the roof he found that the problem was even smaller than the other company had told us. He could have lied and overcharged us like the other company planned to do, but he took photos and explained to us what was actually wrong. He also fixed it on the spot. He saved us time, money and potential damages while also being honest with us about the situation even though he could have easily gone along with what the other company said. Alan communicated with us every step of the way and showed us he has more honesty and integrity than others and that he takes treating his customers well very seriously. Frankly he treated us more like family than customers and I absolutely intend to keep calling him for any future roofing needs we may have, and to refer all of our family and friends to do the same. He took a very frustrating situation and made it one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Alan, you're a great person and I look forward to working with you again in the future, thank you so much for all your help!

Ozark’s roofing Inc. did a fabulous job repairing my siding. I literately made a phone call for help and they did the rest. From providing a very affordable quote, dealing with my insurance company, scheduling the work and accommodating my schedule. To completing a very professional installation and finishing as if no one was ever there. I highly recommend this professional and friendly company.

Dakota is very professional and does great work in a timely manner. His prices are among the best in the area, and he cleans up the site really well. I would take pictures to prove it, but I’m way too old to be on a ladder nowadays. No more leaks!

Roofing Ozark’s was extremely easy to work with, very quick, and did a fantastic job! They also had very good communication with the insurance adjuster and took a lot of that stress off my plate. I would recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs done.

Roofing Ozarks Inc. was a game changer and life saver for us. Our insurance company was being ridiculous, not wanting to cover the damages from a torrential hailstorm. The owner of Roofing Ozarks Inc. single handedly got everything taken care of for us with the Insurance Company. He went to bat for us every time they denied our claim and ultimately, through sheer dedication, got them to uphold their end of the deal. I can't thank them enough. If you need anything gutter or roofing related, you call Roofing Ozarks Inc. A+++

Roofing Ozarks replaced our roof, gutters, and siding after the tornado. Tony was a huge help working with our insurance adjuster and spent months communicating with our insurance to get us fully covered. Honest and trustworthy business, they helped answered all our questions as first time homeowners. They got us on the schedule fast and couldn’t recommend them enough!

I definitely recommend Tony at Roofing Ozark. He is a professional business person. He listened to my requests and followed through like he said he would . The gutter crew was nice and polite and did a good job . I couldn't be happier with the job.
Professionals like Tony make remodels enjoyable. !

Roofing Ozarks made our roofing project amazingly easy and worry free! Alan came to our home, assisted us in a choice of materials, answered all of our questions and helped us make a decision on a roof color with "curb appeal". The installers were here before we knew it and completed the removal and new installation in just a day! After they were finished there was not a trace that they had been here other than a beautiful and perfectly installed roof! They run a very skilled crew! Amazingly our landscaping was untouched. I would definitely recommend Roofing Ozarks to anyone seeking a quality and expertly installed roof!

I strongly recommend using Roofing Ozarks! From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and incredibly easy to work with. You can tell right away that they genuinely care about their customers and take real pride in their work. The quality of the roofing job was top-notch—everything was done on time, within budget, and with great attention to detail.

Just had my roof replaced and it looks great! Dakota was super nice and really helped me out though the process. Thank you everyone that helped me through the aftermath of the storm!

I had a great experience with this roofing company from start to finish. They were professional, on time, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The crew worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and my new roof looks amazing. It’s been months now and everything has held up perfectly through storms and high winds. Quality work and great customer service—would definitely recommend to anyone needing roof repairs or replacement!

Nothing but amazing things to say about Roofing Ozarks!!

Absolutely amazing team and very professional throughout the whole process. Made me feel comfortable spending money with them. I for sure would recommend for anyone else in need!!

Roofing Ozarks is great to work with! Everything was awesome from communication, punctuality, work quality, and more. Couldn’t recommend them enough to anyone looking for any type of roof work.

Roofing Ozarks is top notch! Not only did Tony and his team replace our roof, they went next level by breaking down the details of what they were doing and how it will prevent future damage/issues. They even repaired issues outside of our roof problem, which is above and beyond anything we would ever expect! They did several follow ups in person after the roof was complete to make sure they were satisfied with their own work! Along with their hard work, these guys were extremely kind, genuine and it truly shows that they love what they do. Best roofing company hands down!

We hired Roofing Ozarks for a new roof, siding, and gutters. They were punctual, professional, and their work is excellent. Alan really knows how to deal with insurance companies and skillfully handled the insurance issues. Thank you for your hard work!

Roofing Ozarks did a fabulous job, in every way, replacing my mother's roof in Harrison, Arkansas. Drew was such a professional, keeping her updated through each step. His crew was quick and efficient, completing the job in less than a day. They protected her landscaping and cleaned everything up upon completion. I highly recommend Roofing Ozarks and will definitely call Drew when my own roof needs replacing. Thanks, Drew!
