JD was very professional..he was polite and on time..he cleaned our area rugs superior and made them look new..our house eben smells better..we will be using his service again in the future.

They were able to get to us quickly. We had watched a few dogs in our home and our carpet was suffering (and stinky). The final product was a beautiful sight and smell!

A year ago I had problems with newly installed tile floors that weren't able to be clean. I tried different methods to clean it but it would still have stains. I called Steam Master and JD gave me suggestions on what to do and what chemicals to use with no charge and the floors were left spotless. I called them again to clean the carpet on my staircase and they did a great job. I highly recommend them

After an incident with a red wine stain on a white chair, I was devastated when I realized the “home remedies” that we tried ended up leaving giant brown rings that made the chair look worse than before. I called JD, he came out the very next morning (on a Sunday!), helped move the chair outside, cleaned it to make it look like new, and proceeded to help me lug this thing all the way to the backyard for drying. He was professional, fast, and extremely reasonable on pricing! Definitely recommend!

We have hardwood and tile flooring cleaned. JD was very professional and thorough. He responded urgently and was very responsive. Very nice guy and great work.

I generally hate strangers, but this gentleman was pleasant. He made sure to describe the details of what he was doing and left the rooms looking better than I expected. There was little to no offensive smell to irritate my family's allergies. The price seemed very reasonable. Overall, I was pleased. I would even refer friends to Stream Master Carpet Care.

Great Experience, good pricing. Carpets turn out nice an bright again all stains (kids and dogs) were gone. Customer service was great!! He even followed up with me in about a week to make sure the carpets came out as expected after drying. Would highly recommend.
