Hewitt-Mesenger drilled vertical wells for a new geothermal heat pump loop system. It was planned as four 200 ft wells but the first hole turned out to need the first 120 ft cased because I live in cave country. I asked if they could change to two 400 foot holes to save on casing and they agreed. They had to reorder the loop piping and wait for it to come in and the only extra charge was the freight bill for the new loop pipe even though this tied up their drilling rig for a week. Very easy to work with.

We have had to call on a couple emergencies. Home pump went down and the pump on our rental property. Both times the response was immediate and solutions found swiftly. They are great to work with and fair on their pricing.

Gabe and Laish were great! They had our bad pump diagnosed and replaced in under three hours. They were very professional and kept me updated all along the way. Definitely recommend.

My well stopped pumping water and I called Hewitt-Messenger after I checked out the well equipment and found I couldn't fixed it myself. No quick easy fix. They set up an appointment and had a crew out.
They got to work and had the problem fixed within an hour. I have used them before and the work has been excellent. And the cost is reasonable. I have recommend them to others in the area when they needed well work.

Tom and Cody did a great job. Tom explained everything as the water purifier was being installed. They had to crawl under the house and run a water pipe up near my water heater and then install the UV purifier. They explained how I need to take care of the unit and showed me on the screen how to understand when a new filter is needed. I really appreciate their work. They are coming back next week to install a water softener.

The guys that came out on a Sunday were absolutely amazing. But the 3 stars reflects the reason they had to come out. The pump was installed just under 3 years ago, the failure was due to the lack of not taping the pipe unions. With no tape, it caused a short in the wires. This call should have been covered under warranty, but was not.

Gabe and his work partner came out and did a very professional job. It started from the initial call when Gabe communicated his expected arrival on a Sunday. Extremely courteous and efficient . I would highly recommend them.

I can’t recommend them enough! I had an old water hydrant that needed replaced. This team came in and were able to dig it up with a backhoe and a shovel while working around my adjacent flowerbed, two trees and my concrete driveway. They were kind, courteous and meticulous! When they left, you’d never know they had been here…. except for my wonderful new hydrant and better water pressure! Bravo to Tom and all!

I wanted to wait a while to give a review as I have never needed well service until a recent home purchase required finding a knowledgeable company to do some much needed repair, and I wanted to be certain the problems were fixed the first time.
These people are the real deal. From the front desk to the guys kneeling in the mud at my house, it was a great experience. I remember being upset when I first contacted them as they were not able to come service my well for an extended period of time. They told me a series of storms had moved through and they had numerous customers without water and they came first. They took the time to talk me off my high horse and explain how lightning, well pumps, and copper wire combine to ruin people’s day and that past customers with no water took precedence over an impatient potential customer with rusty water and a weak pressure tank. They also worked with me to save my trees that were completely in the way of their well rig and gave me a first hand education while pulling 180 feet of rusty well pipe and a wore out pump out of a hole. It took a few days but my water ran clear, tastes great, and it has maintained its quality over the past 6 months.
Do not hesitate to call if you have a problem with your well. It’s gonna be hard, it’s gonna be muddy and rusty, it’s gonna be expensive, and you’re gonna be glad you called Hewitt Messenger when it’s all over.

Hewitt-Messenger is a top rated company. The staff is both knowledgeable and personable. They stand behind their work and are willing to come back if needed to make the project work like it should. I have used this company for several decades and they are the first people I call when I have a challenge with my well or water system.

The service guys always do well. The only complaint I have is about your information systems. The service crew showed up without the bulb needed to change out in my UV sanitizer, because that information was not provided in the service order given to the crew by the office. If you would provide information like the bulb size in the unit, which you installed and have changed several times, so the information is available, they could have made sure they had the bulb when they left the office, and prevented the crew from having to make a trip back to Nixa just to get the bulb. A little bit of effort will make you more efficient and therefore more profitable, and keep your customers from having to wait around for another hour to get a 15 minute job finished. Again, your service crews are always knowledgeable and reliable.

Lonnie and Laish replaced the lightning arrestor and pressure switch on my pumps control box and took extra care to make sure everything was up and running as it should. Two very knowledgeable guys and shared information with me throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Hewitt Messenger as a very professional company to do business with. Lonnie & Laish know their stuff!
