Patrick Turnbow of Knight HVAC was a godsend after a major AC failure led to a flooded bedroom. He was prompt, professional and courteous. It was another company’s mistake but he took good care of it. Bravo!

They have really good customer service from the receptionist to the technicians. All of my very polite, courteous, always work around my schedule. They did a full exchange for me and they did it on a timely matter and had the job done and less than a full day so I was not even without AC A+.

Purchased a new HVAC system a few years ago and used them for repairs and maintenance since. This spring I showed repair guy a severed little wire that registers outside temp. He was literally there 10 min tops he didn't turn a wrench and they charged $90.00 then wanted another couple hundred to put a little wire on. After I voiced my opinion that was an unfair charge ($90.00) the service manager and another Karen in the office were very unprofessional and was spoken to disrespectful...lots of heat and air options out there. Perhaps if they discuss their charges and manner they do business and not talk down to a paying customer??? might be a bit more professional. Lost my business. I'll pay double before I accept shoddy customer service, i would never have spoke to a customer with the attitude and tone Karen and Linda spoke to me. I paid the $90.00 for a diagnostic charge that I showed personally showed him what was wrong. I asked for it to at least be applied to putting the tiny wire on, I think two screws on the outside....nope couple hundred bucks and had to be prepaid if I couldn't take off work and be home between 1 and 4.Prime example of the culture these days maybe can't control the exorbitant charges but sure can control who I give my money to.

Had Knight replace an old HVAC system. Every part of the service was flawless. Their sales, install, and follow up after the sale was fantastic.

Nobody likes having issues with their air conditioning in the summer…Knight did a great job from the girls in the office finding a time for me to have service, from Patrick quickly diagnosing the issue and getting it repaired (I believe within 30 minutes).
