Roofing & Gutters reviews in Nixa, Missouri

Strongly recommend Charity Restorations for your repair needs. They were quick, efficient, professional, and priced fairly. I would definitely use them again for any future needs.

I've had Charity out 3x now for roof and gutter work. They're quick, friendly, and professional. My insurance agent had great things to say about Casey as well.

I would highly recommend Charity Restoration! They were quick to come out and give a quote and worked great with my insurance company! Very honest and great communication through the process. We love our new roof!

I would highly recommend Kacey White and Charity Restoration for any repairs to your home. Kacey went out of his way to get solar panels removed, a new roof installed, solar panels back on and other repairs at my property with only about a week timeframe. He understood the urgency and did top notch work.

Kasey is the contractor you hope for and is a rare commodity in today's world. He answered the phone and immediately set me at ease. He's timely and professional and knows the inner workings of the insurance industry. He guided me through a process I am unfamiliar with and saved me time, frustration and money. My roof turned out perfect. Highly recommend Charity Restoration.

Charity showed up the next day and on time! My Xmas 🎅🏼 lights look amazing!

I was referred to Kasey White the owner of Charity Restoration in Nixa, Missouri by my insurance agent. I had roofing installed by a "Knock on the door roofing company" that was not insurance related. To be very honest, even tough they claimed to be A+ with the better business bureau and had some raving reviews, the job was subpar and an ordeal I never want to go through again. Lipstick on a PIG! I met with Kasey who performed a thorough examination of the roof, gave me his professional and very honest opinions stemming from his background of years as an insurance adjuster and general contractor. In our conversation, I asked him also to provide suggestions on things that I needed to keep my home in great shape. He gave me options and suggestions of upkeep without the HIGH pressure sales tactics and PADDING his pockets with $. With his help, I feel confident that I can make decisions about my home without the fear of being ripped off. I am so happy I reached out for help and met this honest and professional man.

KC and his crew were fabulous to work with! We had a last minute apprasial repair needed to get a closing done on time and they had the work completed in less than 24 hours! Super friendly and great to communicate with! Would highly recommend!

Very pleased with Charity Restorations. They removed my gutters and allowed me time to paint. Came back out and installed gutters in a timely manner. Communication was good. Kasey was patient and communicative. Thanks you guys!

Wonderful service - high quality, professional, dependable (on time when they say they’ll be there!)

Charity Restoration did such a great job with our gutter clean out! They were professional and quick, and cleaned up so well. We will definitely have them back out for any exterior work we need! Thanks!

They did an outstanding job in the timliest maner. They have an attention to detail that I've never seen in the eight years I worked construction. We had an addition added to the back of our house that never had any attic vents. I decide to add two vents to that and in addition painted our plumbing vents brown to match the pipe boot. All without being asked to.

Great quality of work! The team was very professional, had great communication & got the jobs done quickly & efficiently.
We had them repair part of a fence, finish enclosing the back yard, and had our gutters cleaned out. Will continue to use them for future needs!

Kasey at Charity Restoration did a great job of working with me during this project. (I had a lot of questions/concerns because of my research on the internet). Luckily I already had my adjusters estimate and I had researched the type and color of shingles I wanted. The upgrade from 3 tab to architectural was reasonable plus a couple other things they did for me also seemed reasonable. On top of that they made a donation to the children's charity of my choice!

We had hail damage on our roof and ended up having a leak on a Sunday. I called to report this and they responded immediately and sent someone out to help fix this issue within three hours! They were so kind and helpful even though it was a weekend. Very highly recommend.

LOVE Charity Restoration! They are so nice and so professional. Every time we have used them, we have been so pleased.

We were extremely pleased with Charity Restoration and how they put up our Christmas lights. They responded immediately when we asked for an estimate and put the lights up just as we asked. You will not be disappointed in their work or their customer service.

Charity worked with us to decide how we wanted the lights done on our house and then when they came our they did and amazing job with the install. The guys were very professional and made sure everything worked great before they left.

I've used Charity Restorations several times over the last couple of years and have always had excellent service. They are fast, courteous, and do a great job. I highly recommend them.

We had the best experience with Charity Restoration! Kasey was so kind and helped us through the entire process. This was our first insurance claim and we had no clue what we were doing. Kasey took his time explaining the whole process, multiple times if needed. Our roof looks amazing and his team cleaned up so well, you couldn’t even tell they had been there. They also fixed water damage inside the house and the workers were so kind and very clean. All and all we will definitely use Charity Restoration again and 100% recommend them!

The men who installed the gutters and guards were professional, hard working and diligent. They seemed to really enjoy their work. The gutters look spectacular and the grounds were clean when the job was done. The communication with this company is amazing. I highly recommend Charity Restoration to anyone who needs improvement for their home. I would give more than 5 *****.
