We had a property that sold to a young first time home buyer. Septic line had clogged and backed up and was spilling into the crawlspace. Kwik Dry was contacted and showed up within 24 hours and cleaned the crawlspace. Their crew were very friendly and helpful in explaining to the homeowners the process involved in their situation. Great Guys highly Recommend them.

Extremely reasonable pricing, I was quoted way higher with a different service. Talked to the owner and immediately with his professionalism and better pricing; was sold. Kwik dry saved me lots of money. Then the owner was extremely good at being honest & commutative with me. They also did get the job done extremely quick, did a better job than I could ever do.

Robert at Kwik Dry was prompt at getting people on site after a pipe burst. His employees were kind and communicative and, most importantly, got the job done quickly. I would not hesitate to use Kwik Dry in the future for any water mitigation needs.

We had Kwik Dry come out after our basement floor drain back up all over our utility room and flooded into the basement. The owner Robert called me back within minutes and talked me completely thru the process, they had someone out within hours to clean up everything and left equipment (fans & dehumidifiers) to fully dry everything and they did an awesome job. They came back a few days later just grabbed the equipment and that was it! They were so easy to work with and I would definitely recommend giving them a call if you ever are in need of their services! I know we won’t hesitate to call them again if needed!

Robert is an amazing person. I called him on behalf of my son-n-law who recently bought a home and was concerned about this homes crawl space. I was provided Kwik Dry’s number and spoke with the owner, Robert, and was extremely pleased to find that I wasn’t speaking to someone who wanted to try and sell me on his service. He began asking questions to investigate the circumstances. Because I couldn’t answer several of his questions, I had him call my son-n-law. After they spoke with one another, my son-n-law contacted me and told me how helpful Robert was in offering some suggestions for him to try first. If these recommendations failed to help, Robert told him to call back and get them scheduled to come out. If you’re looking for someone who is seasoned in mold remediation or plain ole water issues, Robert has proven to be trustworthy with integrity. While all businesses have to make money to stay open, it is nice to find people who have stayed open for so long because they approach business with the mindset of how can I help the customer as opposed to what’s in it for me! Robert, if I hear of friends or family needing the type of services you offer, I will sure to give them your number!

Robert called me right back and had guys out to my house the same day! I did not end up with any issues so I didn’t need to use them but 5 stars on the customer service and promptness.

Willing to work with all parties through the process. Their many years in the cleanup service industry cannot be missed, whatever the issue they have probably experienced and worked it ten fold.

I contacted Kwik Dry LLC and received a call from Robert. I had a small spot in my bathroom ceiling that had been patched from a leaky roof and later seemed to have some blackness to it. He explained how I could check to see if it was still wet and such and he explained in detail some of the indications of a mold "problem". It seems that mine is not a problem that needs hundreds of dollars thrown at it and I am thankful he's not out just to make money. I will call them in the future if we ever have a real mold issue.

Robert/Kwik Dry is in my phone as a contact still today! We had a house in Nixa years ago that had multiple basement floods, unfortunately all do to different reasons. Robert helped us numerous times with professional terms and pricing. Seriously he was on speed dial during this time frame. He is honest and dependable. Kira, don't take it personal but I love Robert and Kwik Dry. We had such a wonderful rapport that today years later I only recommend him to everyone that might need his services and he is still in my contacts. Thank you Robert/Kwik Dry for always being there fore us even when it was 11:00pm but the rain had stopped.

Kwik Dry did an amazing job on my finished basement remodel after a pipe burst. They were amazingly reliable, were on time and got each phase done quickly and well, were incredibly responsive anytime I had questions or needed to communicate with them, helped me navigate with insurance, and had great crews that came in for every phase. They have even put me in touch with other excellent service providers for some other work I needed done. Highly recommended and a well deserved 5 stars!
