I am very pleased with the service I received from Summit Heating & Cooling. Both the person I spoke with on the phone and my technician Dean were very pleasant and professional. Dean arrived quickly, was very knowledgeable and efficiently identified the issue. I appreciated his honesty and friendly disposition. I will definitely call Summit for future H & C needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for their services. Summit exceeded my expectation for my service call.

Jose, Tae, and Freese (yes, Freeze!) came out to service our boiler today and did an amazing job. Jose is full of technical expertise and explains what is going on at a helpful level of detail. You can just tell they're a great team, always well organized, and show up on time. Huge fans of Summit.

Summit Heating & Cooling installed a new HVAC system in my home, They went above and beyond my expectations when installing unit, there were some difficulties with running new gas line which was difficult to access, but they were able to overcome obstacles. They also worked with Zucca roofing to install new roof jack/ heater flue since the original one was not in good shape or up to current code requirements.I appreciate that they were very professional and wanted to do the job correctly. The installer Yino and his team who installed the unit were very courteous and professional. Ethan and Dean were also very helpful to finish with final installation and checkup. I would highly recommend Summit for your HVAC needs.

Technician Shane went above and beyond to diagnose and repair my failing water heater. He handled the full replacement, along with other related repairs expertly with high attention to detail. I loved how he was more than happy to answer every question I had. Would absolutely work with Summit and Shane again.

Summit Heating and Cooling was great to work with. Great and fast communication from starting with the initial call, they sent Vernon the same night to inspect our furnace.
Patrick came the next day to provide a detailed estimate and made sure that we felt comfortable with a big decision and investment. Within 48 hours the techs arrived to install our new system. Matt, Alex and Peter were professional, knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

I called Summit H&C this morning and about my furnace not starting up. Vernon called shortly after and said he would be on his way very quickly due to a cancellation from another customer. Their service calls are always the same day and very fast at least that has been my experience with this company. Vernon found the issue, he and walked me through how he needed to proceed to get it going. Since it was connected to a prior service call the fix was free of charge. Vernon was extremely knowledgeable about my system and pointed out some minor safety and efficiency concerns on our furnace. We are going to fix those issues very soon. A few years ago I purchased the simi annual maintenance program that that Summit offers at an amazing price. With this they come out twice a year and look over the entire HVAC system. I have found it to be a great way for us to extend our 12 year old system, and it gives us piece of mind that the Summit team is catching things before they become a much bigger issue.
