I cannot say enough great things about this company. We have trusted Eric for years with our roofing issues even moving from one house to another. They are honest, professional, reliable and extremely a great value. We call them and they are quick to respond, know and thoroughly check everything. Quick solution to a leaking problem again for us. Thank you Eric, Katie, and the other gentleman! We appreciate local businesses and I hope everyone uses you for their future roofing needs!

I have trusted our roofing needs to Eric Fidler and his company for many years. He is a great communicator and goes beyond when it comes to customer care. We were purchasing a home and another firm said it needed a new roof. Eric had the opportunity to tell me anything and he said, "you don't need a new roof, a little maintenance and you are good for a long time" Honesty is not often found in the construction and repair world. This is why we trust FIDLER
Way to go Eric and team and thank you for coming out today and taking care of the roof issue..AND it wasn't even the roof! HAPPY AS USUAL! -
Was quick to come to house and view situation. Was told I would receive an estimate by end of day. Never received estimate, no phone calls returned. Moving on to another company.

We had some roof damage on the 7/14 wind storm. I called 4 different companies and Fiddler calle dme back within 10 minutes, from the field. William came out the next day , assessed the situation, had a gentleman out to do a temporary patch within 4 hours (Sunday) and had the roof repaired the next day. Cannot say enough good things about their professionalism and responsiveness.

Fidler on the Roof KC has replaced our roof, and as a second project, designed, fabricated and installed a gutter collection box. Both projects were priced below my own estimate for the work. Both projects were timely and flawlessly planned and executed. Both look great. I would include a photo of the collection box but it was so perfectly conceived and installed that it hardly shows up in a photo. Oversize gutters frequently do not adequately address water flow as it tends to build up in particular specific places in heavy downfalls, and a collection box is then a far better solution - but many in the business know little or nothing about them. You may want to consult Fidler about this. I want to call out Daniel Hawkins as a star performer - his knowledge and skill are most impressive. Perhaps the most important thing I can tell you is I have a small custom roof project at the planning stages, and Fidler on the Roof KC will be the contractor.

William is an expert and a gentleman. I am very impressed with the overall customer experience, including responsiveness. They are exploring options for cleaning and resealing concrete roofs at one visit and I'll be a customer for this when they can do it. Meanwhile, they'll do all my repairs and I'll enthusiastically recommend them to my friends. What a uniquely great company!

Have had a great experience with Fidler on the Roof. I have struggled with a leak in my roof for a couple years. Multiple companies tried before Eric and crew. Inevitably they all gave up and stopped answering my calls. Eric has gone above and beyond to work with me to make sure it's fixed. Highly recommend Fidler on the Roof. They actually take pride in their work and it shows.

We've had quite a few major projects to undertake since we purchased our home last summer. During one issue (a leaking window trim) we found Fidler on the Roof. Aaron came out and got up on our roof, even fixing a gasket around the sewer pipe, but they weren't able to help us with the original window issue. He recommended several people and actually followed up to see if we got what we needed. Aaron did all of this without any money exchanged.
Fast forward a few months to the storm on/around October 14, 2017. This is the same storm that did quite a bit of damage to World's of Fun. Trees were uprooted there and parts of the park were flooded.
A tree in our front yard had a large limb and part of the tree fall on the front part of our house/roof. We used Farage Tree and Stump removal to get the limb off the roof. We had used them before and they even came that night to have it removed.
Our insurance company had an adjuster come out and they said we would need a new roof. The Insurance company said we should pick who we wanted to do the job for us.
We called several places to have our roof looked at. Due to all the storms this year, most people were backed up. Aaron from Fidler on the Roof came and looked at the roof quite quickly. Another roofer finally did come but never replied to our emails after the visit. Both estimates were very close in price.
Aaron helped us with picking out colors and gave us all the information we needed. He gave us an estimate of when they could get the roof completed by and communicated well. He also communicated with the Insurance agent and made sure they had everything so we could get the insurance check quickly.
We had a few minor issues with starting on the day of the project (they got caught up finishing another project and one of the trailers broke), but once they began they worked quickly. Tarps were placed around the house and care was taken to minimize trash. They stripped the shingles in a few hours, and by 1 pm the next day they had the shingle work completed. Our roof is fairly small but steep in pitch.
A fascia board cracked and an interior beam had a slight crack in it as well from the tree damage. Aaron used a carpenter that works with them to complete that aspect of the job. He came a few days later and finished that work perfectly. The other company who came to give us an estimate could not do this work. We would have had to find someone else to complete the carpentry work.
Flashing around our chimney was the last step and that was completed the following week. They communicated every step and even sent photos from the roof of the work completed.
After dealing with a lot of companies, I will say Aaron and Fidler on the Roof is a respectable and straight forward business. They were busy and sometimes things happened (a few timing issues), but Aaron was always there to answer any questions we had and was good to his word.
I would recommend them and their work to anyone.
