Smoke Detector Pro
About the business:
I created Smoke Detector PRO LLC to help a growing community understand the importance of fire safety, while offering a low cost service. Fire and EMS respond to thousands of calls per year in St Charles County. In my years of experience I've seen many calls good and bad. Many times inexperience and lack of knowledge of how to properly maintain your household safety equipment was the culprit of several deadly incidents. Smoke detectors are the forefront of your families protection. These especially need to be checked monthly for operation. Every 6 months or spring/fall the batteries should be changed.

Randy of Smoke Detectors Pro replaced our aging and faulty smoke detectors with new ones throughout our house. His service was exactly what we needed to restore our confidence in the operation of the smoke & CO detectors and to provide the peace of mind we wanted in protecting our home. Highly recommended!

We used Smoke Detector PRO for our home. They installed brand new fire alarms with CO detectors. They were awesome! Explained all the new bells and whistles. They also performed a dryer vent service and installed 2 new fire Extinguishers(we didn't have before) . I feel so glad we had this done! And it was done by a Firefighter that knows what he's doing!
We have recommended them to our neighbors and family. Thank you again!Official response from representative 16.02.2025 16:55Thank you for the kind review! -

Use this company for your smoke alarms! Randy is an amazing Representative who took the time to make a call for service on his own time. He is knowledgeable, provides amazing service and you simply can't go wrong by using him. He is a firefighter as well and knows his stuff!!
