We had LVP flooring installed in the basement. The installers,Dan and Jay, did a wonderful job. We discovered that we had a damp basement floor. The installers researched the problem and found a product that resolved the issue. They took great care installing the flooring. I could not be happier with the results.

O'Fallon Family Flooring was recommended by someone in the flooring community as a company that is efficient, professional and detail oriented. I found this to be true from the owner, Brian, to Zac who assisted me in choosing the flooring (the number of choices is overwhelming), to Angie, the office manager, and the flooring crew. They were considerate and pleasant! And the job was completed on time. The crew cleaned up every day and even shoveled snow along my walkway! I was very happy with the cost of the job and recommend them to anyone wanting a quality service for a good price!

Very pleasant experience working with O'Fallon family floors to replace the carpet in a few rooms of our house. We had someone out to measure and got a quote promptly. Their pricing was great compared to a few different companies. Went to the store to pick out carpet options and scheduled. The installers arrived right on time and worked quickly. They were just fantastic and cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased with their work and will happily seek them out with any future flooring needs.

We had a great experience start to finish with O'Fallon Family Floors! They were able to quickly come over and measure our space to give us a quote. Once that was completed my husband and I went to their store to look at carpet samples in person and pick out our carpet. The staff there was friendly and very helpful. Installation day went extremely smoothly! They were on time, efficient and our carpets looked excellent at the end of the day. I also appreciated the checklist they sent ahead of time to make sure our rooms were ready to go when they arrived on installation day.

We got our carpets replaced in 3 bedrooms, and would definitely use this company again for any future flooring needs!

We were able to get our carpets, hardwood floors and kitchen LVT all done with the same company. They arrived with samples and clearly explained the process. One person coordinated the three installations and it went seamlessly. They were great about communicating when the products were ordered and the dates they'd be installed. All went according to plan. And on top of all this, their prices were significantly better than any other flooring companies I received estimates from. Would absolutely use them again!

After getting bids from four different flooring companies and four painting companies, we ultimately chose O'Fallon Family Floors, and we're so glad we did! Brian, our salesman, was fantastic--he measured everything up and, after hearing us discuss our painting bids, offered to quote that as well. He gave us a quote on the spot, and after trying to match up reasonable flooring and painting companies, we found prices were all over the board. Brian's all-in-one solution was a great option. While his bid wasn't the lowest, it was far from the highest, and the convenience of having one company handle everything made our decision easy.

Shawn, Jason, and Kyle did an outstanding job installing our new floors with professionalism and attention to detail. They made the process stress-free, moving our furniture (we only had to remove breakable items) and placing everything back perfectly.

The painting team, Jimmy and Mike, also exceeded expectations. They applied double coats on all walls and took extra care in our master bathroom, where a stain needed attention. They sealed it with an oil-based spray before painting, and now the stain is completely gone.

Even though we added extra work along the way, which required additional materials, the team handled it all smoothly. After the flooring was completed, we noticed a small piece of trim wasn't nailed down. We called Brian, and they promptly came back to fix it--fantastic customer service!

We met with several flooring companies, but Brian impressed us with his knowledge and professionalism. Brian patiently discussed various products and helped us choose the best product for our home at a fair price. The team at O'Fallon Family floors completed the removal of carpet and installed luxury vinyl plank on approx 2000 sq feet on two stories + stairs on schedule (despite a major snow event). I reached out to Brian at O'Fallon Family Floors looking for someone to install hardwood floor, that I had already purchased, in my master bedroom. Many other companies weren't interested in installing since they didn't supply the flooring. Brian was great to work with. He was able to give me an estimate within 2 days of calling and was able to start the work within the timeframe I needed. Brian and his team are incredibly professional, responsive, and care about what they do! We were able to work with Brian himself, who consulted us on our basement and stairway needs, Shaun and Tyler on installation of our baseboards and casings, and Ronald on installation of our stairway carpet. We originally got in contact with Brian (owner) looking for a carpet installer for a small part of our home during a major renovation after the initial purchase. When Brian came to look at the place he helped guide us through our flooring project, but also helped us with many of our other projects and worked with other providers. Brian was always on top of the project and made sure that we were happy with the results. Brian not only saved the day for us by having our floors demo'd right away after an initial evaluation but the pricing was more than reasonable and the work was great. To top that off he coordinated the drywall repair for a very reasonable price which was also started the day after being evaluated. He's essentially a high-quality Swiss Army knife that is extremely prompt, reliable and friendly with a calm demeanor that puts you at ease with entire process.
