Reviews of local pros in O'Fallon, Missouri

The team showed up on time and did a fabulous job of taking down my tree. They worked in awful heat to get the tree chopped up and taken away. They then made sure all debris was removed. The yard was left spotless. Excellent workmanship and very friendly. I highly recommend!

Kudos to Evan and Daniel for a job well done! They trimmed 3 large trees in my backyard and left the yard spotless. They even hauled away branches that had recently fallen.

I received quotes from two different companies. What I appreciated most about Provision was that the arborist who came explained the health of my trees, what they needed, and what exactly his crew would do. He took time to answer all my questions, and their quote was lower than the other company.

I will use Provision Arbor Care next time my trees need trimmed!

I absolutely love these guys evan, daniel and lucas and of course, john are the best ever I will follow these guys anywhere they go. They are reasonablely priced and very professional. Always take care of my 3 mobile home parks. You need some work done call them I promise they won't disappoint

Lucas and Evan came out and helped remove a tree from our roof with little to no notice after a rain storm. They were very nice, did a great job and cleaned up the whole area for us. Definitely recommend

Unbelievable work ethic. Showed up on time. Very organized. Cleaned as they went. Had to use a crane to remove 2 very large trees. Polite. Went beyond what they promised.Lucas, Jake, and Evan were a great team!

Daniel and Evan did a wonderful job planting my beautiful Autumn Blaze Maple. Meticulous, polite, very hard working young men. Lucas came by, answered all of my questions and gave excellent advice on care and maintenance. The tree itself is a very healthy, gorgeous specimen. Would highly recommend for any of your arbor needs.

KV Trees did an excellent job cutting down the trees and removing the stumps at Gateway Truck and Refrigeration 4836 Broadway St in Mt Vernon IL. Highly recommend them. Very fast and very thorough work. Great job!

Highly recommend for tree removal and pruning. The team showed up on time, made quick work and cleared all debris. You wouldn’t even know they were here. Jake, Mike and Evan are an elite onsite team!

Scheduling and communication with Lucas was seamless. He is very knowledgeable in his field. We were torn between Provision Arbor Care and another company. Happy with our choice!

Can’t say enough Evan and Daniel were amazing ! They were careful and thorough and cleaned up very well! They got over here fast and met our deadline with the city! Very appreciative and will use them again! Thank you so much!

Provision Arbor Care is the go-to team for tree removal! They did an outstanding job and left my yard even cleaner than when they arrived. Their communication is top-notch, and their tree knowledge is unmatched. Highly recommend!

Just had Provision Arbor Care come out and trim our mapel tree. I will tell you this. They did an excellent job. Gave us very important information on future care. Joel, Lucas, Daniel , and Evan were very knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely be using them for all our future tree needs. I would not hesitate to give them a call. That’s Lucas up in the tree. Had to add that. That dudes a real man.

It was a pleasure to work with Provision Arbor Care. Jon came out and looked over what I needed and then sent a detailed plan and fair estimate. The crew of Daniel, Evan and Lucas were professional and courteous and had all the details from the plan and got right to work after asking if I had any questions or concerns. They left the yard cleaner than when they arrived. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend Provision Arbor Care.

Lucas, Evan and Daniel were very professional, friendly, timely and affordable in bringing our tree down. It was also enjoyable watching Lucas as a professional tree climber to ascend to the top of the tree and work to cut it down. Would definitely recommend getting a bid from them.

These guys are very professional and know there stuff. I have used them twice now. I was concerned this time because there was a significant amount of snow. But they came equipped and cleared out a path. It is too cold for me to get out there and take pictures. But as soon as it warms up I will be posting pictures of the excellent job of trimming two iak trees and 6 Rose of Sharon bushes in my back yard.

We had an old, dead tree we needed removed so we could move forward with a backyard project and another tree removal for landscaping work.
Evan and Daniel made quick work of both. I was really impressed with their professionalism and patience they took to ensure the one tree didn't come down on our neighbor's landscaping. Definitely coming back to these guys again for future projects

We have had a very large Mulberry tree in our back garden that was partially dead and dropping limbs on our neighbours drive so, we decided to have it removed. It’s always sad to see a tree taken away but I cannot be more impressed with what Jake Murdock, Brenden Stewart, Tim Davis, Evan Root and Lucas did for us. First of all, I have never met a more professional, respectful and patient team of arbourists. They took their time and kept us informed along the way.
The tree was a relatively large Mulberry and also in a very tight spot. The team at PAC took their time in a very safe and cautious manner; paying close attention to our neighbours property. Aside from that they took the time to respectfully and correctly relocate a squirrels dray from the tree to a safe spot (squirrels are safe back with their parents), and were patient and kind during their relocation.
When it came to removing the tree, PAC had all the right tools and equipment and knew how to safely bring the large limbs to ground. They cleaned up after themselves and nothing was too much trouble.
I’d also previously asked around and had some astronomical prices to remove the tree and PAC came back to me with a very competitive and fair price. Overall I don’t think anyone could have done the job better and at the price they charged. I would highly recommend these guys and the quality and safe work they do.
All the best to Lucas, Jake, Brenden, Tim, and Evan, a great team, a great company and a great job done!

This is the second time I’ve used Provision Arbor. They completed another outstanding job! They fell a giant tree in a tight area. Evan , Lucas, and Daniel was very careful not to damage anything and did a great job to clean up any debris. I would not hesitate to call them again!

Provision Arbor Care was amazing.

Responsiveness: They were extremely quick to respond to my inquiry. They were even faster at providing me with a quote once they came to look at the job (all in the same day). Finally, they did the job FAST! It was impressive.

Pricing: Very fair in my opinion. For those who have not had trees removed before there's a bit of a sticker shock that happens, but I promise you it's worth every penny. It would've taken me a month to do the same work Jake, Evan and Daniel did under 60 minutes. They were also the best price of the quotes we requested.

Professionalism: They called, texted and emailed at various times within the 24 hours it took them to complete the entire job. They called before arriving. They e-mailed and texted me quotes very quickly. They did the work, and I still haven't even paid. It's coming in an e-mail invoice portal. They also know their stuff and have top of the line gear. It was so fun for me and my family to watch them in action while they did their craft well.

Cleanliness: They left the project area and the surrounding areas tidier than when they arrived.

OVERVIEW: PROVISION ARBOR CARE IS EXCELLENT, AND WE WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. Once again, I need to give a special shout out to Jake, Evan, Dan (the removal crew) and Lucas (owner) who all were incredible throughout the process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING PROVISOIN ARBOR CARE for your tree services.

We had a great experience with Provision Arbor Care! They recently cut down a large tree in our yard—about 60-65 feet tall—and got the entire job done in just one day. The team, including Jacob, Evan, and Daniel (pictured), worked so hard and were a pleasure to have on-site. They were super easy to work with, knowledgeable, and very respectful of our property.

Not only did they handle the job efficiently, but they also did a great job cleaning up the yard afterward. They left it in a condition very close to how it looked before the tree was removed, which we really appreciated.

Lucas, the owner, was fantastic to communicate with—responsive, professional, and clearly knows his stuff. Their pricing was also very reasonable for the amount of work involved.

All around, we were incredibly happy with the service and would definitely work with them again. Highly recommend!

Lucas and Evan did a great job! We appreciate them taking such great of our large trees. It was amazing to see Lucas way up in our Sycamore tree. Jon had excellent communication and knowledge. He explained his plan throughly and I appreciated him working with us. Thank you to the whole crew all your hard work!

We had several bids to treat, trim and possibly remove several oak trees on our property. PAC provided the best explanation and plan to handle our arbor needs. Their pricing and scheduling was competitive and overall the best choice for us.
The crew: Lucas, Daniel and Evan did a great job trimming three of our trees and taking out a fourth that was beyond saving. PAC is top of our list for any future needs.
