Constraction reviews in Olivette, Missouri

Everything about this experience was great. Lauren In the office is so personable, and responsive to what we needed. The communication was excellent, and the job was quickly done from start to finish, from Ricky measuring one day, and 2 days later Ricky and Tucker installed the countertop, and did a great job!
Would highly recommend this company!

Rickey and the team were fantastic. The installation was quick and easy. They take great pride in the work and are perfectionist.

Saint Louis - you've found your countertop company! I looked through many reviews, tried another local company - terrible customer service, by the way, and ended up going with my neighbor's recommendation for St. Louis Countertops. I am SO happy we did.

Frank was so welcoming and helpful. The countertops were completed and installed professionally even faster than he said they would be - woot! Kudos to the kind men who installed the countertops. Do you know how heavy those suckers are???

Best of all: the countertops are stunning. I could not be happier with the entire process and results. Big thank you to Frank and crew!!

We could not be more satisfied with our new countertop from St Louis Countertops. Dr Chen came twice to our house to check and recheck measurements, as it involved an arc that was critical and not easily reduced to a drawing. It was fascinating working with Dr Chen, as well as watching the three highly skilled craftsmen who came to install the countertop in two pieces.

The seam between the two is so perfect that if you didn't know where it was you would hardly be able to find it. We are happy to give this business and these men our highest recommendation.

What a breath of fresh air to find a contractor who says what he's going to do.... then does what he says!

After working all day, Frank met me at our new house and took meticulous measurements. He pointed out some very good suggestions all of which we adapted.

We then met at his office and reviewed the drawings, the slab he had in stock that saved us $300. He had it all laid out so when we thought of potential changes, it was easy for him to verify if it could be done.

We set a date. His crew showed up on time and did a phenomenal job.

List Frank and Saint Louis Countertops on the top of your list if you need any work done!!

Had new countertops in kitchen, wet bar & laundry room installed.
Frank had some excellent cuts with a book matched finish.
Look closely at the pictures so you may see the veining, following up the backsplash. Fairly priced and beautiful quartz - Thank you!

I replaced formica countertops with beautiful granite that I was able to select in person at Frank's warehouse. He also provides the sink, which is one less thing to worry about (re-installing the plumbing is something you have to do on your own).

The installers were heroically able to carry up a huge and heavy piece of granite without damaging freshly painted walls. Ultimately, I'm glad I went with this company over something like Lowe's because I could talk to the owner directly and have more piece of mind.

Just had new kitchen counters installed by STL Countertop. Frank and his team did a fantastic job. My husband and I are so happy with the final product. Frank was very professional and super nice - was very detailed in taking measurements to make sure there was an accurate fit since we have kind of odd shaped counters. We highly recommend this company.

The Brazilian granite that I found here is absolutely gorgeous. Frank seemed to try to steer me to other pieces that were not as expensive. It appeared that he did not think I would be able to afford it. I hope it was not because I am a Black female. Once I purchased the granite, it has been difficult getting it installed. I have been waiting for 6 weeks and still no granite installation or communication from Frank. I am very disappointed in the service.

STL Countertops is the best! The workmanship was excellent and every detail was attended to. I can be hard to please and our countertops exceeded my expectations. They are a true work of art. Frank was a pleasure to work with from the moment we stepped in his shop. I cannot recommend STL countertops enough!!! Impeccable quality and service.

My husband and I looked everywhere for counters for our small kitchen but they required a minimum purchase size that we didn't qualify for. Not only was Frank accommodating to what little we needed, he went above and beyond in making our visions become a reality in putting the stunning finishing touch on our kitchen. I truly can't recommend STL Countertops enough!!

Frank was incredibly good to work with. Fast, friendly and honest. He got our kitchen counters done in less than 2 weeks and at a price that beat the others.

Called in for a fix to a problem and they solved it quickly and at a very reasonable price. Frank was easy to work with and to work looks great (reattached an under mount sink to a granite counter). Job well done.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Frank Chen and his wife were very attentive, caring, and honest. They provided us with beautiful granite for a very good price. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to spruce up their kitchen. Thank you very much for all of your great work!

Frank and his team did a fantastic job install our beautiful quartz countertops. From the moment we walked in, Frank (the owner), was helpful and instructive. He walked us through the indoor and outdoor inventory and helped us pick out the perfect pieces. Frank was able to schedule delivery within days and his install people were quite skilled. There was a minor issue, but Frank and his team addressed and fixed the issue same day. I would recommend highly St. Louis Countertops if you're looking for new countertops! Thanks Frank!
