They required two weeks in advance for an appointment to just drop off a chair to be repaired and then they didn't show up at the designated time and didn't return my phone call when I called to state I was there.

We have been searching for a company that would refinish the damage on all of the cabinetry in our home that was left from the previous owners. After searching for someone that would fix what we had and was not trying to sell us new cabinets, cabinet fronts, or painting etc., we found Furniture Medics in Maplewood, MO.
When we called the office, Dinorah, handled and addressed our concerns. She was professional, kind and efficient. She forwarded an estimate via email.
The technician they sent to our home was Tyler. He was professional, extremely caring, neat and clean and did an outstanding job. They revived and repaired our existing cabinets. He actually took two cabinet doors back to his shop for total refinishing due to the extensive damage from the previous owner's animals. He brought them back today and they blended in beautifully. We are extremely pleased and would recommend this company to take care of all your wood furniture refinishing/repairs needs.

I would highly recommend Furniture Medic. We recently moved and had scratches on our floors, cabinets and dining room table from the movers. Dan did a fantastic job on all the items and has them looking brand new. In addition to the great work, they promptly returned our calls and kept us up to date on their expected arrival time. I cannot say enough great things about them.

I had two pieces of furniture that needed to be repaired. We were getting into the holiday months so I was concerned that they would not be able to work on my furniture until after the holidays. A representative came out to the house to assess the work. My loveseat could be fixed in my home, the couch would need to be taken to the shop. The day came for fixing the loveseat and taking the couch. The loveseat was fixed to my satisfaction within an hour. The two men tried to remove my oversized couch but were unable to get it out the door. Although the couch could not be fixed by replacing the broken wood (since they could not take it to the shop) they were able to add supports to the broken piece of wood making it stronger than replacement wood. I was very pleased with the workmanship, the solution, and the cleanup afterwards. My couch and loveseat were fixed and usable by the holidays! I would definitely use them again and would recommend them.
