They were out the next day to fix our dryer. The technician was thorough, explained everything, was quick to diagnose and correct the problem and we were on our way. Any future problems that come up, we know who to call.

Called Paul this morning around 8:30am. He was at the house at 10am. Needed a part and my fridge up and running by noon. He did all this for a great price and while making service stops as he went for part. Great service !! Greatly appreciated.

Excellent service from Paul for a very reasonable price. Came out the same day I called, knew exactly what the issue was with my GE Refrigerator, and got it fixed. Went above and beyond without charging extra. Definitely on my go to list.

Paul saved us buying a new fridge after I had grown tired of thoroughly defrosting our freezer every couple weeks because of ice build up. Two other mechanics (Samsung recommended) declared there was nothing wrong with the fridge after a defrost, charged us for the visit and went on their merry way. Frustrated, I decided to try one more expert before buying a new fridge.

I found Advanced Appliance Services with a Google search. Paul came, agreed that he couldn't see anything wrong with the fridge but didn't dismiss the idea that we nevertheless did have a problem. I had read online about the possibility of wrapping a copper wire around the heating element on the defrost coil and leading it down into the drain pan exit tube. Everyone said, however, that this trick would not work on our type of defrost coils. Paul, however, persevered, found a way to make it work. There has been absolutely no ice build up since - a record month and a half. He was also personable, professional, and reasonaby priced.

Paul wasn't prepared to repair my refrigerator, but did give me a recommendation for another service in the area that does. Returned our call promptly and was polite and pleasant. Would call again for repairs on other appliances.

Paul is GREAT!!! He even returned my call while on vacation while he had limited cell service to set up appointment. His pricing for parts and labor was a little more then me buying parts alone online. Paul even had parts with him.

Advanced Appliance Service in Ozark came highly recommended by a friend. However, I called multiple times and left voice mails twice and I never got a response. I called twice on Monday, but gave the benefit of the doubt because it was a Federal holiday (New Year's Day was on a Sunday). I called three times the following day during business hours. I waited until Thursday but since my call was never returned, I ultimately went with another company that is also located in Ozark, since that's where I live, and had my dryer repaired within 4 hours of my call. I'm not sure what's going on, but take down your ad if you are not actually working.

I would absolutely recommend this business. My dryer is older and difficult to repair. I called another business and they couldn't get me in for 5 days. I called Paul and he came the next day. He was able to locate the necessary part, went and picked it up, and fixed the problem quickly. His rates are more reasonable than the other place I called. I would use him again.

I am so happy we called Paul. We discovered that our refrigerator wasn't working this morning and we had thawing food everywhere. We really appreciated his prompt service and his help with deciding if it made sense to repair or not. We will definitely call him for any future needs.
