Our windows are so clean! We have used Positive Outlook for several years. I called Randy several weeks ago to schedule our window cleaning and discuss that we needed less done than what was performed previously. So it was a shock when we received a bill that was significantly higher than last year. Randy had the perfect opportunity to notify me of a price increase during our phone conversation and chose not to. We will not be using them again.

I bought a house and did some work on it. It was pretty dusty and dirty. The previous owners didn’t do much cleaning so everything was pretty oily and sticky. But despite the fact they had to clean not one family’s mess but my remodeling mess they came and did a wonderful job. I well be using Busy Bee janitorial LLC in the future.
