Jeff came out on a snowy, negative temperature, Sunday to fix our furnace that went out. He was very professional and was able to fix the problem in no time and for a great price for emergency hours. We highly recommend!

I have been doing business with Knights Heating and Air for the last 5 years. They take care of my regular maintenance and preventive maintenance. They have also installed a new system for me last year replacing our 18 year old one. Every one of their technicians has been very professional and courteous. They have been very fair in pricing.

**Updated Review**
Owner called and agreed to come out and install a float switch and do some general maintenance on the unit. I appreciate him making this effort. Although this won’t fix the damage that has already occurred, it will help prevent this issue in the future.

Company installed a unit several years ago for me. Part of it was installed in the attic. The company failed to install emergency shut off switches incase the water backs up in the pan. This has caused $11,000 in damages. The owner refuses to come back to fix the negligent install.
