I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter. Will arrived right on time, communicated clearly throughout the entire process and made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way. It was clear that he was very knowledgeable and professional. Overall, the service was smooth and efficient. I’d definitely recommend them and would call again if needed.

They came out on time fixed the problem with our Munchkin boiler. Should us what to do if it happens again. They were very polite and made the repair in a timely manner

I had the pleasure of dealing with Service Techs Chance and Tyler. Both were very respectful, knowledgeable, and answered my questions. They were upfront and honest about cost and solutions for my issue.

I had a fantastic experience with Roto-Rooter! There water clean up team arrived on time and was very professional. They quickly diagnosed and fixed our crawlspace moisture issue. Josh and Jordan took the time to explain what caused the problem and how to prevent it in the future. The work area was left spotless. We are very pleased with the service and will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

Jordan Price really helped us out with the issues we were having with our place. Him and his guys did a fantastic job with the restoration/repairs we needed. He went really above and beyond with the customer service side of things I didn't know was possible here.

It's refreshing to see there's good people who still put in as much effort as he did for us. Honestly, he's a really great guy, and knowing he's there to help the next folks gives me hope for this division. Need more folks like him in this kind of environment.

We would 110% recommend working with him again. My husky also loved him, so there's a bonus as well

Warranty company did NOT FULLFILL THEIR AGREEMENT ON THE SERVICE CALL.

Roto Rooter did find problems with the existing Water heater set up that the warranty company should’ve covered according to their agreement disappointed .
first time use of the warranty company and I’m sure that I won’t be using it again.

Highly overpriced! Two refill pieces for inside toilets, installed in 11 minutes.
Took 3 times longer to go get parts.
$420 is ridiculous 🙄
When I asked about parts prices was told didn't know. We'll I've bought replacement kits , even $50 would be a stretch over actual cost. So $370+ for labor???
Asked if any senior discount, told no. Asked why so high, aid their travel time, going to get parts. Horrible

These guys with Roto Rooter are excellent! Came out the same day I called, Diagnosed my problem and fixed in 24 hours. Not an easy job with Corey having to dig a trench on Saturday in the rain and all. Thumbs up all the way around!

Robert came out to fixmy old toilet to find out ot was to far gone. Robert talk with me an found out best solution an right product for me an my family. I highly recommend Roto Rooter .
