What a great experience!! I’ve never used any professional services as we’ve fixed things ourselves. My husband recently died, and I can’t do this one alone. Adam S was prompt, kind, and told me exactly what he would do, we discussed the problem, talked about alternatives, options, and selected a plan of attack. Their prices are in line with other services, and I felt like I got a good deal! He fixed it quickly and cleaned up afterwards. He has made a customer for life. In the future, I will call Thome again! Thanks Adam!

Thome Plumbing was honest, timely and professional. They assessed what I thought was a major problem, shared their ideas on what might be the issue and started from the easiest solution before moving to the more expensive solutions. Problem fixed and price far less than expected. I highly recommend.

We had them replace all of the cast iron plumbing stack from the basement floor up through the roof. In and out in less than a day. No mess no issues and all was reconnected. Great job. We will use them or even recommend them anytime..

Thome Plumbing was recommended to us. We just had them compete a repair in our basement. They had to break open our slab, and replace degraded cast iron with PVC. Kyle showed up on time, and explained the repair, and kept us up to date as he worked. The repair was completed on time and within budget. Kyle was great! We would definitely recommend Thome Plumbing.

Everything went well , from my conversation with the woman who answered the phone to the completion of the job. Total time from my phone call to completion of the job was 3hours. The technician explained the problem and provided the estimate for completion of the job shortly after inspecting the problem area. He completed the repair with assistance from another technician ( there was no charge for the second technician). Very satisfied with Castlewood Plumbing).

Adam was very thorough and explained everything in a clear manner. I trusted him enough to leave him at my home while I went to buy a toilet. He left the space clean and took all trash with him. I have no way of knowing whether it was a good value since I had nothing to compare it to-but that doesn’t take away from the fact that the service was spot on!

I would highly recommend Castlewood Plumbing. Customer Service from Elizabeth was great, I received inaccurate information from another plumber/company on the requirement to get my main water shut off by the water company. This was going to be a huge ordeal to coordinate and not be without water. Elizabeth didn't think this sounded right, so She had me talk directly to the master plumber, Matt. Matt took the time to talk with me, had me send pictures and confirmed they could handle everything without getting the water company involved. I was able to get a same day appointment . I received a text confirming my appointment then another text with a picture of my technician, Ed when he was in his way. Ed was professional, analyzed our situation, presented three different options with detailed quote then completed the job same day with no mess. I don't remember the last time I have written a review. So impressed with Castlewood Plumbing.

Great working with Adam and Castlewood Plumbing on several plumbing issues. Great work and Adam went the extra mile to fix everything.

Update 12/15/25: just hired Castlewood Plumbing to replace a hot water heater, Michael did a great job. Their plumbers are always skilled and knowledgeable.

Castlewood arrived promptly to install a new pressure relief valve. After retesting pressure on our plumbing, they determined that it wasn’t necessary to install the valve. Honesty like this is why we continue to use them!

Adam was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Castlewood came out same day and competently assessed the problem. This plumber is expensive but they do quality work with 1 year guarantees.

Had a back up in our main line and Shane came out same day and was great to deal with. Found out it was a collapsed main line and gave us good advice on how to move forward. Very professional and clean. Will happily recommend to anyone.

I requested a consultation from Castlewood Plumbing to evaluate my plumbing and slow hot water flow to certain faucets. I must say that I was so impressed with the knowledge, experience, courtesy of Adam as well as how throughly he analyzed my specific situation. I was given 3 possibilities for solving my issue and absolutely no pressure or quick sale type tactics! Moreover due to Adam’s analysis I was able to rule out an incorrect recommendation given by another plumbing contractor that saved me $2k.

Our water heater failed at 11 am today. By 5:45 pm today, Adam had the new unit installed and producing hot water. Thanks Castlewood and Adam for the prompt, efficient and professional service.

Adam did a great job. Very professional and did his work neatly and with good quality. Isolated the issue and did only the tasks that needed a professional involvement and gave recommendations for the rest; thus not charging me for anything extra. Over all great service !

This company is Amazing, had to have my water heater changed, I called late in the day, they fit me in the next morning, Adam showed up, very professional and not pushy. I found the office workers to be very professional and pleasant when I was scheduling and asking questions. Our plumber, Nick was very knowledgeable, friendly and checked the diagnostics of a previous plumber that had recommended work that would have cost thousands of dollars. Nick was able to fix the problem at a fraction of the original cost. I would recommend Castlewood Plumbing.

What a wonderful job! Adam was so professional, personal and thorough. He solved our water volume problem and didn’t go to the easier and more expensive alternative. All situations and fees explained in advance. We were very pleased and Castlewood will be our go to plumbers!

Castlewood plumbing was prompt, on time, cordial and highly professional during both the assessment trip and the installation job to replace our sum pump system and outdated/non-compliant pipes. The quality of their work, as far as I can tell, is really top notch. I would highly recommend their service. Depending on the job, their quote could be considerably higher than some other bids, so it is something to consider. But we definitely feel the peace of mind it brings by working with a highly competent company.
