What a great experience!! I’ve never used any professional services as we’ve fixed things ourselves. My husband recently died, and I can’t do this one alone. Adam S was prompt, kind, and told me exactly what he would do, we discussed the problem, talked about alternatives, options, and selected a plan of attack. Their prices are in line with other services, and I felt like I got a good deal! He fixed it quickly and cleaned up afterwards. He has made a customer for life. Thome Plumbing was honest, timely and professional. They assessed what I thought was a major problem, shared their ideas on what might be the issue and started from the easiest solution before moving to the more expensive solutions. Problem fixed and price far less than expected. I highly recommend.

Castlewood quoted me $1600 to repair a leak from my tub. They had been out 2 week before to repair a leak from the toilet for $1900. When they came to fix the tub leak they said no there's mold in the garage. There was a tiny bit in the laundryroom also were the drain was for the tub. The said they would not do the work and offered $800 dollar mold removal before they would fix the leak. Called Beis plumbing sent pics ahead they fixed the leak for $428 dollars. I will use them from now on.
