Very grateful for the care provided by Jonathan Baumert and his company, Rolling Suds. I had the exterior of my house painted and needed him to come out and clean the exterior before the painters began their work. He did an excellent job! It was so good that I recently referred him to a concrete staining company who need him to pre- clean buildings and sidewalks before they can do their staining.

He was super flexible and even was able to do an additional gutter clean on a Saturday night that kept him working much later than I’m sure he planned! Highly recommend! They accommodated my schedule at the last minute, were right on time, and did an amazing job! The front door leaked unexpectedly as he was spraying the front and he stopped to help clean it up and apologized even though there's no way he could have known it would leak. After having tried all of the house washing products, available at the home centers, with lackluster results... I decided it was time to hire a professional.
I web searched for 'Soft Wash" companies, in my region. Rolling Suds had Exceptional reviews. I submitted an online quote request. Within 15 minutes, a Rolling Suds associate called & made an appointment for 10 am, the next day.
At 9:58, a clean cut young man arrived, wearing a nice Rolling Suds collared shirt. He was courteous & professional. Walked around my buildings & explained their process.
He presented me with a very competitive quote, which I agreed to.
I received a text message, indicating they were 45 minutes away. The cleaning truck arrived & they began getting their equipment ready. The same young man arrived & asked if I had any questions or concerns.
When I arrived home after work, I was Amazed at the results! It looked as though my buildings had been painted! They are SO bright & clean!!

As a property manager that deals with many home services vendors, I highly recommend Rolling Suds of Kansas City. Jonathan and his team are very professional, thoughtful and are excellent problem solvers. You have to see the equipment they use to believe it. Best of all they have full knowledge and skill set to know the right equipment/process to get the job done and area cleaned right. His crew was punctual, professional, and efficient. I’d consider myself a "picky" customer and I was blown away after the job was completed. The house looks amazing — but what really surprised me was how brand-new my back patio looks. I’ve cleaned it myself before, but now I finally understand what a real deep clean looks like. Additionally, we tried their new stain removal product and it literally saved us when our kids had the stomach bug in the middle of the night. No stains, no smell, no dangerous chemicals! Spencer came over yesterday clean my carpets. He had them looking like in new in a half an hour. I really appreciated how explained the service and pricing was very affordable. He also uses a pet safe carpet cleaning solution. Which was great because I didn't need to leave my dog in the kennel when it dried. I will definitely use his services again.
