Our house had a tree fall on it during the tornado that affected the Beaver Shores community. We reached out to several companies to help remove the tree so that we could tarp the holes and mitigate the damage. Justin and the United team were the first to respond. Even with an overflowing workload they shuffled things to fit us in. The called us several times to let us know our status and even stopped by to let us know that we were a priority. When they showed up to remove the tree they went right to work and quickly removed the tree without any additional damage to our home. They charged us a fraction of what others wanted and showed us a level of customer service that is second to none. I cannot say enough positive things about Justin and his crew. I would recommend them to any that needs tree service or tree removal.

I had 2 trees to remove. They ended up doing 3 because they saw an immediate problem with another tree and pointed out to me the serious nature of the problem. I had already gotten 3-4 bids from other tree service companies. United's price was very competitive and they were able to do the job the very next morning. I was glad they discovered the other tree. I knew it had a problem, but didn't realize the severity. Very professional crew and they did a good job with cleanup. I definitely recommend them and would use them again if necessary.
