Once again, Metro Mechanical did what they said they were going to do, they were efficient and friendly. I recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

We have used Metro Mechanical for many years, maintenance and repair on our 15+ year old system, both heating and cooling. Most companies would just want to sell us a new system because it’s easier. They are honest and upfront on what I need and don’t need. I appreciate that. Thank you Liz and the other employees who have served us well!

On time, professional, polite and capable. These guys are the best around in KC. I have used them for plumbing and electrical work and they are quick and thorough. I have had Pat, Zach and Casey all do work on my house and they are all very polite and professional. Reasonably priced as well.

We just moved into a new house and there was no hot water. They showed up the next day and said we needed a new hot water heater and the copper piping needed work. It was clear the copper piping was a mess.
They were here the next day with a new hot water heater and by 3 pm they were done and installed.
The final charges were the same as the estimate.
They were prompt, professional and clean.
I have used them for years in other houses i have owned and would recommend them to anybody.

I have been doing business with Metro Mechanical for years. Pat has always been an excellent contact for our restaurant is always responsive, timely, helpful, and honest. Lately we've been having Aiden as our technician and he does an excellent job as well. Aiden is friendly and professional. I had seen him in an apprentice capacity for a while and it's exciting to see him on his own because he is killing it. Our last interaction was about a broken freezer and he had it up and running in no time. I honestly couldn't recommend this company enough, I have nothing but great things to say about their work and them as people.

The dispatcher called me back first thing in the morning and at 8 o’clock and said a technician would be here between 830 and nine. Aiden was here promptly at 8:30 and looked over the unit and gave me great news— that it just needed a new capacitor. He changed out the part, verified that it was cooling and everything was working properly. He was super polite, informative and professional. We are very pleased with their services.

We once again had an emergency call to metro mechanical. this time, our A/C stopped working properly on a 100 degree day. Thye owner booked an appointment for the next morning. The technicians diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and had cool air running again within 45 minutes of their arrival. Great company and great people!

Our hot water heater failed. I called metro mechanical and they set me up with a new heater, installed it within two days, and offered excellent advice on how to maintain it. I will not use another hvac/electrician/plumber.

By far the best and most trustworthy company I have ever used. If you need any HVAC or plumbing, I highly recommend Metro Mechanical. While some companies try to upsell you or nickel and dime you, MM explains everything and gives you best option. Really great quality work

Aiden and Carter did a great job unclogging an HVAC drain line. Came home from a day trip earlier on a Friday morning to a wet area of carpet in the basement. Thankful they could make it out that day before the weekend so as to prevent further damage. Very prompt, professional and courteous. Thanks again!

I too share another reviewer's sentiments that they're just not coming through the door trying to get you to buy a new system.

They come in and sit down with you and work out some options. I've had Metro repair existing systems, and I've replaced system with Metro; it depends on the situation. I've always appreciated that they gave me the options and worked with me within my budget.

After having had poor experiences with other companies, it's great to see a company that will listen to you and give you more options than just throw it away and buy a new one.

Polite, professional and very knowledgeable. I had a problem with my whole house propane Furnace. I called to make an appointment. They made an appointment right away on 12/11/2020. They arrived on time with masks on and all the tools they needed. They diagnosed the problem showing me what was wrong. They gave me several options that were available. They did not have the furnace part as my Furnace is very old. They researched where the part was available. they came back with the part and fixed the furnace. Everything worked perfect . They were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend to family and friends. I would also use them for the other services that are available.

I want to totally recommend this Company. I reached out to them and Bret was great on advice. And his plumber Mike was Spot on with his advice to unthaw my stool pipe. A got a space heater and within 30 mins it was un thawed. Thank you guys so much.. I will definitely being calling you in the future...

We started using Metro Mechanical for my business after the previous HVAC company made some huge mistakes on a big, multi-system install. Since, we've used MM various HVAC service, plus, for a new AC/Furnace install at my own house.

Pat and his team have been absolutely amazing to work with during our year long farmhouse renovation. We had a complicated project: our house is 175 years old, it needed new duct work throughout the home, dual HVAC systems, new plumbing installed and new gas lines run. But Pat wasn't afraid to think outside of the box and come up with a good and affordable plan for us. Their prices are fair, they're very responsive, and the quality of work is top notch. I received great service from Metro Mechanical! My A/C was pretty old and having issues, and they were able to come out same day to check it out. Turns out that it wasn't going to last much past this summer (which was no surprise), so we opted to purchase a new system rather than repairing the old one. Pat worked with us and was extremely helpful in answering questions and giving recommendations. He went above and beyond with all the work that needed to be done to install the new A/C and Furnace. They got my A/C working until they were able to get the new system in, and everything was complete in just a little over a week. The process went smoothly and I'd definitely work with them again.
