Let me start by saying our exchange was Set up by HSA on a Friday.

In the beginning there was a communication error, which had nothing to do with A/C Doc, they were just given the wrong contact info. Once I reached out to them myself, my call was returned within a hour, very polite on their end and apologetic. The Contractor who came out was beyond excellent. Showed up on time, my wife was there with our baby and 3 dogs, she had put the dogs up. Cory was great playing and talking with my 14 month old, talking to my dogs through the bedroom door. He was able to diagnose the problems quickly, but had to leave for parts. He told us he would have to order them. Couple hours if that later I was contacted by them and he had found the parts and wanted to see about returning early afternoon. Again showed up on time and done great service. He left shortly before I got home from work. I called the office to ask a few questions about our unit, they had him on the phone and everything was answered. I appreciate having someone so down to earth but still professional. I will recommend them, and call upon them when we need to ourselves.

Had a great experience with these two technicians! They provided timely updates on their arrival, gave a helpful heads-up, and were both respectful and knowledgeable. Their efficiency made the process smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏 🙌

They came out didn’t fix the unit whatsoever. Sent somebody else out. He fixed the unit for 42 days. (WARRANTY IS 30 DAYS) So now I’m back in the 85° house when it’s 75 outside terrible company choose anyone else

Our warranty company first gave us to a different heating & cooling company who were unable to service our heater due to how old it is. They send handed it off to AC Doc company who came out immediately once they were handed the paperwork for our home. They came out same day. Assessed our heater which needed a new part. Called and came out immediately when the part came in. There were more than a few complications with our heater when they went to install the new part. Which included then running to the store to grab more parts. All of this to say, this company will go above and beyond for you and they don’t wait around to schedule you. Highly recommend this company and thank you to Weston and Dakota for your professionalism and kindness.

Used my home warranty company and was assigned with AC Doc Heating and Cooling in my area. Never got a call, text, or email of any sort to setup an appointment. Your company was initially signed 6/23-24 (it was the middle of the night when you were assigned). This was Monday going into Tuesday. It is now Friday 6/27 and still nothing. Nobody even answered when I called the office and was unable to leave a message through the automated system.

Weston was great! Showed up early and identified and fixed the issue very quickly! He was very informative with answering our questions and making sure we were good to go.

Hello, I wanted to send a 5 star review for AC Doc Heating and Cooling! Our AC started having issues over the weekend. Patty scheduled an appointment first thing Monday Morning! Weston and Austin arrived right on time! They quickly diagnosed the problem and had the part stocked on their truck! They made a very stressful situation, as easy as possible! Weston and Austin were extremely friendly and knowledgeable! I would definitely request their company for future service! Thank you!

I called in and Penny (I hope that’s correct) she was so nice. She got us on the schedule for the same day. We have a warranty program and they messed up and didn’t send to anyone immediately. We sat for 24 hours with no air. Shout out to Weston he was awesome! It was 92 in the houses when he got here. He was here for 20 minutes and now 2 hours later 76 degrees. Amazing company!

Kept me going till I can afford an upgrade next year! Filthy dirty abused system cleaned and got it working again! Don't count on your renters to do anything good! Call the AC guy! 20 year old system still going!
