I have used Kohler's for several years and overall been satisfied enough. However, this past year they have raised their rates and failed at every turn to do a good job. I can no longer recommend or even use them. Stay away.

Very shady business practices. Be sure to get their rate in writing. I called them and was told (by Josh) that it would be $150/hour for 4 guys to perform leave removal. I have a large yard and lots of leaves, so this discussion on pricing and number of people was very important to me since having 4 people blowing the leaves in concert is much more efficient that one or two guys. They were at my house for 3 hours. The bill should have been $450, but they tried to charge me $650. They later denied telling me it was $150/hour for 4 guys. Additionally they tried to tack on a $50 disposal fee, which was never discussed. I offered to pay them $450 for their time plus the $50 disposal fee (which was generous given that it was never discussed). They refused and threatened legal action. I told them to have at it.

Outstanding in every way! Joe Bouchard is a dream to work with. Attentive, respectful and very knowledgeable. They started with a mess and I ended up with a beautiful landscape that I couldn't be happier with. They worked closely with me on plant selection and placement. Left the area clean and neat. I can't recommend them enough. Definitely 5 Stars in my book!!!!!!
