Absolutely amazing people! Today we can breathe easy again because of them!!! We had another company come out a few days ago because we had a backup in our basement. The other company told us that we needed to replace the entirety of our line including what was under the street. It was an astronomical amount of money for the quote. We were scared, nervous, and unsure of what to do. We decided we needed to get a second opinion and Apex Solutions came out to take a look. They went through with their camera and explained everything that they saw as they went. They checked and rechecked multiple times just to be absolutely sure. It was not an emergency fix that was needed, but more so some matinence that we could handle much easier and when I need to have any work done to my pipes I will be contacting them.

The team at Apex came out to replace our sewer line quickly and completed it on budget too.

We started to have septic issues and someone recommended we call Apex. We called and they came out and gave us a bid that day. Apex was able to fix our septic quickly, and at a reasonable price after checking with other companies. I would high recommend going with this small company that does it right.

I was really pleased with Apex. I was selling my house and Johnson County required a septic tank inspection. Ended up I needed to
put in a new tank. When calling around for estimates, Apex responded quickly and had an estimate to me before anyone else. And they were the best price. Before install began, they were always willing to answer any questions from me, my realtor and the buyer. They arrived on the day they were scheduled, wrnt right to work to begin and ended on the day

Apex took a very complex job of troubleshooting and ultimately fixing our sewer connection to the city main. They were prompt, very communicative throughout the entire process. Apex Underground continues to be an excellent contractor to work with. They are timely, communicative, honest, and above all they are simply great people. Repair work- especially the kind that requires excavation- tends to mean something is very wrong and likely very expensive to fix. It can be a painful experience. These guys make it so much easier to manage. They know what they're doing, but rather than being arrogant or condescending, they level with you, shoot straight, and walk their talk. We are so grateful to have found them!

Everyone was incredibly kind and willing to assist anyway they could. Our septic tank situation kept throwing curve balls but that didn’t deter Apex! They have set us up for success and we are truly grateful!

Contacted APEX about potentially needing some soil testing done on my property. They walked me through the process and informed me of what the most cost effective route was, which included delaying expensive testing based on where we are in the process. Very grateful for the information & expertise and will definitely be contacting them first for a formal estimate once the process is further along.

I have worked with other septic providers where projects were delayed and delayed and I had to chase down answers. My experience with Rusty and the team was so vastly different and so much better!! Apex Underground is one of the finest contractors I've ever used. After a very thorough vetting process for installing an engineered septic system at my home, Apex rose to the top. They bid on our project promptly and explained the details of the project in a very simplistic way. Apex is a husband-and-wife team. Rusty handles the front facing and administrative functions and Jay, runs the field. When Jay met with me to explain the process of the installation of the septic system he told me then that I will thoroughly keep in good communication with you throughout the entire process. And wow did he! Every thing that could have been a potential issue I was well informed at every point. Their price for the system was lower than other bidders. I'm sure that they could get more money for the type of project that they did at my home. I've been a general contractor in the business for 37 years and I have not met a company that communicates as well as Apex underground doing a project.
