Awful experience with ASAR. They have been out 3x to fix our refrigerator and failed. When told the refrigerator was fixed and it wasn't, we asked them to send their tech back out to finish the job but were told we would have to wait another 3-4 days since they were booked. They did not set expectations properly and their "senior technician" provided no customer service, just defensive excuses. A terrible experience - find a different place to go.

The technician, Garrison, called ahead and arrived on time. Had my dryer fixed soon after! This is the second time All Star has been to my house. Both times they were polite and professional. Nice people to do business with.

Nick came out to service my warranty claim. Very professional and had all the tools needed. The company was able to get me on the schedule quickly. Definitely recommend.
