Since moving into our home, it has been one project after another. We started remodeling our living room and attempted some of the electrical work ourselves, but when things became too complicated, we called Arm Electric. They came in, quickly diagnosed the issues, and resolved everything at a very reasonable price.

We were so impressed that we had them return to fix a problem with our garbage disposal and dishwasher outlet. Previously, we had to unplug one appliance to use the other, which was incredibly inconvenient. Even worse, when the garbage disposal was plugged in, it ran continuously—even when the switch was off. They were able to get everything figured out and fixed it properly. Now both the dishwasher and garbage disposal can be plugged in and function as they should! They also corrected the outlet under the sink, which wasn’t grounded.

Angel and Ludin were friendly, professional, efficient, and very neat with their work. We’ll definitely be calling them again as we continue updating other rooms in our house.

Best electrical company I've ever used at my facility.

I used them two years ago for some work that ran $152.00. I used them again for the same work and they charged me over $1000.00. What a rip off. I will never use them for anything again. Buyer beware!!!!!!!

Today, one of their employees accidentally ran over our mailbox. To be honest, this isn’t the first time something like this has happened to our mailbox—we live on a somewhat dangerous road and our mailbox has been hit a few times. Usually, people just drive off, and we’re left to replace it ourselves with no explanation or apology.

But this time was completely different.

The man (we won’t name, don’t want him in trouble for any reason) who hit it not only came back—but he fully replaced our mailbox, left a handwritten note, apologized sincerely, and included all of his contact information. We were stunned. In all the times this has happened, no one has ever taken responsibility like that. It was such a rare and honorable thing to do, and it truly meant a lot to us.

This simple act of integrity and kindness reminded us that good people still exist—and that matters. If this person is a reflection of the company’s values, then I’d say this company is probably a pretty decent one.

She sends photos and detailed information of what work was completed. I have *NEVER* had call backs for my clients.

I recently required an electrician to run a 220 circuit from my box to outside of the house for a HVAC install. Rob and Shawn were fantastic! They showed up for scheduled appointments on time and were very communicative about the process. This involved changing configuration in the box, drilling to the outside of the house and running conduit around the outside. His estimate was spot on and the day of the install was faster that I ever expected. They exceeded my expectations in every way. Beyond that, both Rob and Shawn were just nice, genuine people. I would recommend them to anyone needing electrical work.
