For years, Shamrock Cabinet has been our supplier of choice for our small construction/home building business. With their creative design options and quality products...we have been pleased to find solutions that fit our clients' varying budgets and styles. We appreciate having our own dedicated sales representative (thanks Ben!) who assists us and our clients from start to finish - and beyond, if any issues should arise. Would recommend without hesitation!

They were very efficient from the house visit to the final installation. They paid attention to details and needs of the customer. It would have been nice if the paint work could had been done upfront so the project turn around could have been shorter. It was nice they referred us to a top company who was very customer driven, as well.

They produce a poor product and have poor customer service. I cannot recommend them to do any work.

My painter/finish carpenter recommended that I go to Shamrock for my home projects. I had 3 projects, and expected a quote in the $7k-10k range - so a decent sized total. After multiple attempts to get a quote, including involving the GM, I never received a responsive quote. Eventually they went away and I moved on. I have heard since that unless you are building new homes don't bother calling them. That was my experience too.

The kitchen cabinet doors Shamrock made for our new home came apart at the corners within days of being installed. A Shamrock technician came to our home and, after looking at the problem, told us that they had a bad batch of glue and the doors need to be replaced. He also told us that the cabinets came with a one year warranty so Shamrock would replace them at no charge to us. He removed the doors that he determined needed to be replaced and took them to his shop. The next day we received a phone call from the owner and were told that the problem wasn't due to the glue but rather "normal wear and tear due to the changing temperature and humidity". (Reminder, these cabinets have only been up a very short time.) He said that they would repaint them (we supply the paint) at his cost of around $400. We told him that wasn't acceptable so he returned the damaged doors to us. I have a very expensive kitchen in a brand new home that has cabinet doors that look awful because Shamrock will not honor their warranty.

I highly recommend Shamrock cabinets! They are professional, deliver on time, and have amazing quality!!! Our cabinets were ready early, which is unheard of and WE LOVE OUR KITCHEN!!! They did a fantastic job!! Dion in sales and Devon in installation are awesome! They really made our kitchen vision a reality!
Note: They have every amenity available - soft close, great hardware selection, cool drawer inserts/organizer options. I couldn't be happier! They really knocked it out of the park!

We've had two houses with Shamrock cabinets, and couldn't be happier. They did a great job with install and even worked in a couple of minor tweaks we asked for along the way. The selection of materials is unreal, from stains, woods, styles and hardware...as well as a ridiculous amount of designer formica tops and edge styles that we ended up using in our basement cabinets. The best part is the personal touch. I can call their office or go by and speak with the management team easily The box stores around town have a good selection of cabinets, but my trust for them doing the job right is nowhere near where it is for Shamrock as a local company. Absolutely recommend to anyone building a new house or a big remodel!

Unless you have a whole kitchen, they aren't interested in your business. Even for a customer where they did my entire house 30 years ago.....

Glenn was great---knowledgeable, friendly, creative, and down to earth. Lots of beautiful examples in his shop.
