I have used Durbin AAA Tree Services, Inc. several times. They are quick to schedule, professional, and did an excellent job trimming and raising my trees. My experience from start to finish was comfortable and pleasant. Garrett did wonders turning my ugly blue spruce into a work of art! The crew was skilled and courteous. The trimming and cleanup was meticulous! I would highly recommend them to anyone considering tree service, you won't be disappointed!

I called Durbin AAA Tree Service to come tell me about two of my trees after speaking with at least 4 other companies. I needed a bid on my two trees and had a big concern about an oak tree in my front yard. The company immediately came out and called me right away after looking at both my trees. I felt like I was given honest answers about my trees and the work got done immediately. The cleanup was also immaculate, which I truly appreciate. I also loved that this is a family business and that they are licensed. Thank you again!

This company is the one you want to contact for all of your tree service needs. I have used them more than once and they always do an awesome job on the trees, clean up and haul away. Wouldn't use anyone else. Doug and Garrett (and Rose at the office) are great. They are efficient on getting the job done right, in a timely manner and are quick to call you back if you leave a message after hours. I would recommend them for all of your tree service needs. Doug and Garrett arrived promptly. They trimmed three trees that were way overgrown. They did a fantastic job. While they were here my neighbor came over and they cut down a large tree and trimmed another tree. We are both really happy. I highly recommend their service.

I received excellent overall service. The entire crew was professional and worked diligently. I received a fair pricing bid, and was given "extra" servicing for the same price. I will use this company and definitely recommend them . My only regret, is that I forgot to tell them thank you.

These guys are the best! They got right to me and had the job done in less than 24 hours. My yard was looking like a jungle and I had tree limbs touching my roof. They trimmed and tidied everything up! Wonderful facelift for the old place. Very polite, very knowledgeable. I would be comfortable recommending them to anyone.

We have used Durbin AAA Tree Service INC 3 times (tree removal, and 2 times for tree pruning). We have a lot of trees! Doug is very kind, knowledgeable and a good communicator. Garrett is very thoughtful, friendly and considerate. They are punctual at the consultation appointment and when the work will be done. The team is fast, effective and respectful of our property. I’m not sure of everyone’s experience with ‘professional’ tree services, but after several fair to poor experiences with other companies, I was wary. I was not solicited, but reached out to them based upon their proximity and positive google review.

When I called at around 5pm on a Thursday, I left a message. I was called back within 10 minutes. He indicated he would take a look at my tree on his way home that evening. I had a written estimate waiting for me by 6pm that same night. It was reasonable and on par with far less reputable companies that had come through the neighborhood.

This was a large older dying walnut probably 40’ tall. It was along a fence line and tall enough to take out fences, my deck, etc. if felled incorrectly. These guys showed up on time, in uniform, and in bright shiny trucks. They have a system, cleared the area and disassembled the tree with insane precision. They had to cut and haul everything manually. It took them about 2 hours, then they raked, cleaned, and blew the sawdust away. They put everything back where it went, disposed of the tree, and even worked to help correct some of the divots where large pieces fell.

I wish construction, painting, and roofing companies could learn a lesson from this company as far as the care, precision and cleanliness of the job site.

The workers were informative and personable. They even showed care when addressing a hollow that included a squirrel nest.

Durbin Tree Service came to my immediate rescue to treat several evergreens infested with bag worms and trim two other trees. They were friendly, professional and got the job handled efficiently. I was placed on their list to call next Spring for further services. Douglas is a pleasure to work with, so, give him a call.

I have used Durbin AAA tree service for several years and I would not use any other service to work on my trees. They are knowledgeable and extremely professional. After they remove or trim a tree, you cant even tell that they have been there because their clean up is so articulate. I cant say enough good things about this company. I can say, I highly recommend them for any tree issue you may have. They might be a little higher than other tree services, but their knowledge and experience is well worth the money.

Durbin and his crew were able to conquer a massive, hollow, sweet gum tree that was surrounded by powerlines, a transformer and utility poles. I called for a bid, Mr. Durbin showed up the same day and we schedule for early next week. They were able to cut down the tree, remove it and the clean up they did was amazing, even with billions of spikey balls everywhere.
They helped a neighbor who had a branch hanging and even noticed a branch on one of my maple tree was rotting and removed it.

I have been using Durban’s tree service since 2006. I love my trees, and I wanted a knowledgeable, certified arborist to work on them. Mistakes by someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing can’t be fixed so I was willing to pay a little more, and Doug Durban did not disappoint! I was really impressed by his knowledge and the care he put into the work as well as the excellent cleanup. Doug was there the entire time working and supervising. I’ve been using Durban‘s tree service ever since.
This time, Doug’s son Garrett came out to give me an estimate. I have six mature trees, five different types, and as they have gotten older, they have gotten much bigger so of course much more expensive to work on. I knew I couldn’t afford all of the work at once but I showed him what my biggest concerns were and he pointed out some things I hadn’t considered. I told him how much that I could afford to pay at this time and asked him what he would consider the most pressing to take care of right now and what could wait. He was here with three other members of his crew about eight the next morning and they worked till nearly 4. He’s such a perfectionist about the trees, that I think he tends to do more than he bid, for. He went back and looked at the trees from all sides and then they went back and trimmed some more until he was satisfied. Then he had his people clean up virtually every leaf and twig, leaving my yard looking great. It was a lot of money, but I think I got way more for the money than any other company does.
On a side note, I had a large dead limb fall out of my green ash tree, which had reached a girth of 12 1/2 feet around. Doug told me at that time that he wasn’t able to tackle a tree that size. I had Arbor Masters come out and the supposed arborist briefly looked over the tree and told me that they had the lift to do the job but it should be done in the winter. I questioned how they would know which branches were dead, and he said they could tell because by then the live branches would have buds starting. They made an appointment for January 12, but failed to show up or call. When I contacted them, they said that their lift machine had been broken for a couple of weeks, and they did not know when it would be working. They finally made it out near the end of February, but the arborist did not come with them and in fact, it appeared that no one was really supervising the job. It cost $3300 and when the tree leafed out I could not really tell the difference. In fact, there were two large dead branches still hanging low over my patio. When I called and complained, they tried to tell me that they probably died after they did the work. I told them they were the same branches that I had pointed out to their arborist. I went round and round with them before they finally had someone come out and take off the branches that were hanging over the patio, but still leaving other dead branches in the tree. I feel like they just came out and hacked off branches, dead, or alive.

Durbin has been maintaining our trees for twenty five years. Doug and now Garrett are the most detailed and thorough owners who are on-site the whole time. All their crew is so diligent with every detail of your trees; appearance, health, safety, absolutely the best clean up and protection from storm damage. This latest service has elevated the beauty of our yard. If you value your trees use them.

Can’t recommend this company enough. They were easy to work with, fairly priced and very knowledgeable. They try went above and beyond for us and are very pleased with the results. We are looking forward to seeing this beautiful tree continue to flourish in the spring.
