I struggled to find a consistently competent housecleaning service until I began using Pacheco Cleaning Service. This is a family owned and OPERATED business and unlike my prior service providers, they are on time, professional and their attention to detail is beyond question. No more creating a list of things the cleaners didn't do, they just do it right the first time and every time. Over the past three years I have never once had to address the quality of the service and that is what prompts me to give Pacheco the highest of rating along with a strong recommendation. If you give them one try I feel confident you will continue with their service... I did!

I have been using Pacheco's cleaning service for over 3 years, and I have nothing but good feedback to say about the service. The rates are reasonable, and the communication was great. We have a small house so every time it takes about 3 hours for a 2 people team to clean. The team arrive on time, provided all the necessary supplies and did fantastic jobs for the past 3 years. If you think they missed something, just point out and it will get done next time. During pandemic, they implemented safety protocols to make my wife and I feel safe as home. They can also accommodating work from home needs, e.g., vacuum later if you are on a call. Overall very good experience and I highly recommend the service to anyone who is looking to keep their house clean!

LOVE, LOVE LOVE Pacheco's!!!! They have been cleaning my home for nearly a year and can't imagine it any other way. They are thorough, respectful and patient with our many weird requests. And I never have to ask twice for anything (they keep a list!). We have several delicate surfaces and I know they take great care with them using only gentle products. And the house smells SO good when they're done! I've used MANY other services in the past twenty years and there really isn't anyone like Pacheco's.

We have used Pacheco’s for almost 4 years now. We have been extremely satisfied! They do a great job and any time things are a miss they are quick to fix it. They have also been very flexible in switching times when we have had extenuating circumstances such as guests coming in town. They are always professional and friendly. I had them perform a deep clean to start and was amazed at how detailed and comprehensive the cleaning was. They spent an entire day with several people working hard, and I had had other regular cleaners for several months before this.

Pacheco's cleans my house now on a regular basis. I expected the normal visits would be somewhat lighter than the deep clean, but they maintain that deep clean with every visit! My husband is sensitive to smells and I am allergic to dust and immune compromised. They keep track of all my requests and focus on our needs. They use natural cleaners that don't make my husband sick and now, with all the Corona virus concerns swirling, they show up wearing masks and gloves to be sure not to cause any issues for me. No one has symptoms, it is just an extra precaution that makes me feel very comfortable.

After a year and a half, we are still as thrilled as we were on day one. There have been no issues and our house is always so clean! If we need anything special done, they are more than happy to do it. We had a spillover in our air fryer and the inside was greasy and the window was so bad on the inside you couldn't see through it anymore. I showed it to one of the team and asked if that was something they could clean up for me - no problem! And it was left sparkling when the cleaning was done.

I love this company because they are extremely responsive, trustworthy, consistent, well-organized, and very, very good at what they do. This is the third cleaning service I have tried. I don't need to look any further, this is a long term relationship.
