Had a floor drain in the basement backed up with water standing.Justice and Caleb came out and explained what needed to be done.They were polite and professional.Job is done and I would highly recommend them.

Steve and his guys were great. They came out on pretty short notice, were quick and professional, and I felt that they were honest about what needed to be done.

Steve, justis, Caleb did OUTSTANDING work. Very fair price and left the house clean. This was a difficult drain job on a 65 year old house.

Justice knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it quickly. He and his assistant were very efficient, good listeners when I had a question, and very courteous and polite. They explained what might happen in the future since my house is old, but they never pressured me for more services. I will definitely call them the next time I have a plumbing problem!

Bryan and Nicholas came to my home today to replace my (ancient) central air conditioning unit. They did an excellent job! They were knowledgeable, efficient and professional. I called Hometown Heroes because they replaced my furnace last winter, and I trust them. Brian and Nicholas lived up to my high expectations!

Randomly, the expansion tank on my water heater corroded and water was spewing everywhere. I’ve used Hometown Heroes for HVAC and had great experiences, so it only made sense for me to contact them for plumbing as well. Steve was honest about the issue and resolved it quickly so we could have our hot water back. I highly recommend!!

Steve, Ethan, and Caleb were the most amazing plumbing experts I've ever seen. Another company told me $3500 and left their cable in my line. The guys were there and had the cable out and line open for pennies compared to the OTHER guys. Would recommend these guys anytime anywhere!!! Check them out!!!

Steve was VERY professional. He was on time and clean. He was very informative throughout the whole installation(we have a new hot water tank) process. He also took extra care to protect our carpet. Justice came out to snake a drain that proved to be a bit tougher than expected. He was honest and upfront about things I could do in the future that were cost effective, going as far as trying those things to see if they would work to keep our costs down. While they didn't help in this particular case, I could see the benefit to them.

He and his brother managed to get the drain cleared and cleaned everything up. Definitely would recommend and will be using them again in the future!
