I would give negative stars if I could. This guy is a fraud! Our deck fails inspection and has been deemed unsafe for use! Same for the City of Wood Heights. His business was dissolved by Missouri in 2024 for failure to pay taxes. When I reported it, he opened a NEW Green Mile which apparently you can do in Missouri! He lies and lies and lies. DO NOT USE THIS GUY! He has lost all the lawsuits brought against him. He is not insured for construction. He is a fraud! He's using deck screws on the joist hangers. Our 16x16 deck has no lag bolts. The pergola was made with untreated lumber. The LVL beam he used to extend our deck is only rated for interior use and is already delaminating. The list goes on and on. He knows what he's doing. He will not make it right. And he will lie to cover it up. We paid THOUSANDS over his bid and so did Wood Heights. And now they have to replace it! And so do we! Look on Missouri Casenet and DO NOT DO WORK WITH TIM RASH OR HIS "BUSINESS".

Excellent work so far on our outdoor project in the front of our home plus a drainage ditch clean out and installation of rock on walls of the drainage ditch.
