Where to begin…..If I could give this company a zero stars I would. The ductwork that was installed by Cables Heating and Air looked like a 2 year old did it. Everything he and his helper did was poor. I gave him an opportunity to fix it and he never responded. I just want to let everyone else know not to use them so they don’t have a bad experience like I did.

The installation was really great. Fast. Affordable. But trying to get service on an installed furnace was like pulling teeth. They stopped answering requests for service. Contacting better business bureau. Super disappointed because he was recommended by a friend.

After "repairing" the issue with our heating system I was told Ryan would be here to mud the cuts they made to the drywall while "repairing" our system. In his text he said I will be there Wed. between 9-10am. At 10:42 At 11:02 I asked him to let me know if he was coming to his confirmed appointment. No response. At 11:23 I told him he was paid in full but failed to complete the job. He ignored me. A business that cares about their customers would have given a courtesy call. Instead Ryan let me wait from 9am until well after 11. Never showed, never called and proceeded to ignore my text messages. I have a panel still removed from my unit. There was no confirmation the system has been repaired. He has been paid in full. I have panels still removed from my system and drywall repairs he failed to complete. I would not recommend using Cable's Heating & Air.

Excellent value and service! Ryan and Anthony did a great job on a complete HVAC installation. I recieved multiple quotes from other HVAC companies and they came in with the best quote. They also moved my furnace to where my water heater was and put the water heater in the garage thus freeing up much needed space in my utility room. They also replaced some water damaged floor and even put down new laminate flooring which was a nice surprise! I highly reccomend their expertise and professionalism.

Ryan went above and beyond to help us get our air working during the hottest days this summer. The price was wonderful! I highly recommend this company

I would not recommend Ryan for anything. We had multiple issues with our rough in plumbing, as well as the HVAC system. He uses old materials and charges for new. Shoddy craftsmanship. No pride in his work. Doesnt show up when he says he will. He took our house key and never returned it causing us to have a new lock installed. We paid in full and he never came back to fix other issues that were caused by unprofessional attitude. He said he would come back twice in January and never showed. We had to pay other contractors to complete his work. Save yourself a ton of stress and headaches by going with a reputable company.

It's been working great for all intents and purposes , did everything correctly and I've had no problems.
He was in and out efficiently and I'm completely happy with the work and at a reasonable price.

Now Heating and Cooling removed my old heating and cooling system and installed a new Rudd 2 Ton16 seer 2/3 stage/inverter heat pump, including new connection accessories and Rudd Econet 800 Smart WiFi thermostat. Matthew, Wyatt, and Cody were super nice — courteous, kind and patient!. They arrived at 9:30 AM.and completed the changeout/installation at 2:30 P.M.

They were very careful to avoid any sort of scuffing to furniture, floors, and walls — even vacuumed up a small amount of inevitable accumulation of debris! These fellows are top shelf plus one! If you want to take comfort knowing you have a very competent team of professionals handling your heating/cooling requirements, then look no further!

I called Now Heating and Cooling because my parents furnace stopped working. I looked up heating and cooling companies in the Nixa area and found Now Heating and Cooling. I was impressed with response time. Matthew was excellent got my parents up and running the same day I called. Because my parents are elderly Matthew gave them a senior citizen discount. Very pleased with the level of service this company provided my parents and will handle all of our future HVAC needs.

Matthew was professional, showed up on time, took a time to explain everything, educated us on how to take care of the AC in the future, he made sure that everything works before he leaves, great job Matthew!!

Now! Heating and cooling is the best. Matthew came out and did a maintenance on my system. I have never seen anyone else be so thorough, timely and respectful of my home. This company is top-notch, and Matthew is knowledgable, friendly, responsive, and pro-active. I had a nightly vacation rental guest with an HVAC emergency, but Matthew's quick arrival and solution was perfect for both the guest and for me as the manager. He has since visited my other rental properties to check each HVAC system.
