Ernie communicated well after our appointment was scheduled and even rescheduled when I needed to. He took my grimy sidewalks amd made them beautiful. Kids had drawn with crayon and paint on my front steps and he was able to get that clean too. He went above and beyond and cleaned my street sidewalk just because. My gutters were full of seeds and leaves from the winter season and he got them all cleaned put and ready for the rainy season. This is definitely the company you want for your power washing needs.

Clear Choice was hired to power wash house, windows, and driveway. Great job getting all the dirt off and cleaning off the driveway. Had a callback for some missed areas but he made sure to come back and take care of it.

I had such a great experience from beginning to end. Cody came out and gave me an estimate on my driveway, back porch, walkway and siding of my house. It was a great deal and he was able to schedule me at a time convenient for my schedule (I work overnight). Cody and Alec came out and did everything asked. They were professional and explained everything they did. They were personable and had amazing attitudes. 10/10 would recommend !!

My experience, is that SOME' act as if they can't figure it out. How can u tell me it takes only an hour to clean each site lol wow really. Sites are different, people are different. I've gotten, poop on seats as well as peanut shells dropped as they stood or as walking.
Well, I recently gave my 2 week notice. 2 yrs as of Oct 7th. Never one complaint ever against me.
After, the outbreak of the virus, I went from teaching to cleaning. But, be fair u know. Someone is mighty cheap. Either System 1 or the banks smh

Excellent service from start to finish. They were professional, quick to respond and did an amazing job getting the cat urine smell completely out of my couch when nothing else worked. The couch smells fresh again and looks great. Highly recommend to anyone needing odor removal or upholstery cleaning!

I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and was looking to have our carpet cleaned. Fully furnished, just spring cleaning I suppose. Also we thought my dog had peed in my son’s room a few times. I contacted them via Facebook messenger. (I had made a post looking for a good carpet cleaner, and they were suggested by many!) The owner responded very quickly and he quoted me a great price! Best price I had been quoted, and I had contacted 4 other places. He also told me he had an opening 2 days later and 2pm. Worked perfectly for me!! So anyway I decided to strip my son’s bed to get it in the wash, (We all know fabric absorbs odor) and to my very upsetting surprise found out my dog had been peeing on my sons bed… 😡 it did have a water proof cover on, but still the smell was there. My son is off to the Army, so there is hardly ever anyone in his room. I treated the bed that night as best I could, and the next day Carpet Guardian shows up right on time, Exactly 2pm. They come up assess the situation, and I let them know that the pee smell was actually coming from the mattress. He tells me “we can treat and clean that while we are here too, no extra cost” I was in shock! I absolutely was going to pay them for that service, but he offered it for free!!! Crazy! But I love it! Anyway, they came in and did their thing. Pretty quick, it was 2 smallish rooms. But they did a great job. My house smelled great, everything looks so much better. Best of all, THE MATTRESS SMELLS ALL BETTER!!! Man, I thought I was going to have to buy a new one. I will absolutely be calling them again for any of my cleaning needs, and you should too! They do carpet, mattresses, upholstery, rugs, furniture, tile floors! Best price around, punctual, quick response, and quality work. What more could you ask for?! 🤩
