House Cleaning reviews in Republic, Missouri

👍🏻

Beware! Do NOT do business with this company! If I could leave a review with no stars, I would! Dale guaranteed the labor for a year. After 3 months the gutter started sagging. They never answer the phone, always goes to voice mail. When I left a message to hire him he returned my calls. When I called to tell him I needed him to come back out to fix the sagging gutter, he never returned a single call! So much for the years guarantee on labor! I finally had to hire someone else to fix his poor workmanship!

Excellent service from start to finish. They were professional, quick to respond and did an amazing job getting the cat urine smell completely out of my couch when nothing else worked. The couch smells fresh again and looks great. Highly recommend to anyone needing odor removal or upholstery cleaning!

I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and was looking to have our carpet cleaned. Fully furnished, just spring cleaning I suppose. Also we thought my dog had peed in my son’s room a few times. I contacted them via Facebook messenger. (I had made a post looking for a good carpet cleaner, and they were suggested by many!) The owner responded very quickly and he quoted me a great price! Best price I had been quoted, and I had contacted 4 other places. He also told me he had an opening 2 days later and 2pm. Worked perfectly for me!! So anyway I decided to strip my son’s bed to get it in the wash, (We all know fabric absorbs odor) and to my very upsetting surprise found out my dog had been peeing on my sons bed… 😡 it did have a water proof cover on, but still the smell was there. My son is off to the Army, so there is hardly ever anyone in his room. I treated the bed that night as best I could, and the next day Carpet Guardian shows up right on time, Exactly 2pm. They come up assess the situation, and I let them know that the pee smell was actually coming from the mattress. He tells me “we can treat and clean that while we are here too, no extra cost” I was in shock! I absolutely was going to pay them for that service, but he offered it for free!!! Crazy! But I love it! Anyway, they came in and did their thing. Pretty quick, it was 2 smallish rooms. But they did a great job. My house smelled great, everything looks so much better. Best of all, THE MATTRESS SMELLS ALL BETTER!!! Man, I thought I was going to have to buy a new one. I will absolutely be calling them again for any of my cleaning needs, and you should too! They do carpet, mattresses, upholstery, rugs, furniture, tile floors! Best price around, punctual, quick response, and quality work. What more could you ask for?! 🤩

Amazing experience! They worked around my busy schedule, were very professional and friendly, and got my carpet cleaned in no time. Highly recommend!

Great job!

The polite professionals completed an absolutely excellent cleaning job.

Travis is beyond knowledgeable about what he does. His work definitely reflects what he knows. He is the guy to go to

Guys did a phenomenal job getting my stains out. Awesome local business I'll be calling back. You've earned a customer for life. Thank you

I've had other come to clean the carpets before. Carpet Guardian makes them all look like amateurs. Will definitely use them again.

Affordable, worked with our schedule and handle all apolstry, carpets, and furniture! Definitely more convenient then other services I've used

Very professional and did a great job!

Kids and pets have done a number on our carpeted floors, but Travis and his son got them looking new again. Showed up on time and quite affordable.

Travis and his son, Parker, showed up and worked their butts off all afternoon doing this job. I am very happy that they did the job because nothing makes me as mad as when I need something done that I can't get an answer on the phone. It was a Saturday that I called, but you should be taking calls and scheduling for the next week. The other companies that I called didn't answer and never looked at their caller ID to call back their weekend calls. Most people have become lazy!!! This company could have charged me double and they were well worth it!!!!!!!!! Maybe this will be a wake up call for their competition............but I doubt it. Call this company!!

Thank you Carpet Guardian for helping us prepare for our daughters graduation party by getting our carpets super clean. Call them up you won't be sorry!!

Carpet Guardian did AMAZING! We had horrible pet stains / smell from our dogs. They got all of the stains out and our carpet literally looks brand new! They also have very affordable pricing. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
