Ed and Tim came out to snake an exterior pipe that had paper clogging it. Ed and Tim have come out before and are always quick to diagnose and fix the problem, and they're nice guys too!

This company has never let me down. I feel like I’m talking to a friend/family member when calling in to schedule an appointment with them. I’m able to voice my concerns and not be rushed off the phone. They genuinely care and do outstanding work. I’ve called them mulitiple times for different issues big and small and they’ve been able to do everything.

I made an appointment for a quote on moving supply lines in my bathroom. I called to follow up on the day of the appointment an hour after they were expected to arrive then someone showed up about 10 minutes later. They told me they would be in contact. I waited a couple weeks then called back and the man said he would follow up and someone would be in contact in the morning. Never heard back from them.

I have worked with this group in the past and am a return customer. They were extremely helpful when my hot water heater went out. Came out gave a fair estimate and were there two days later to put it in. Great expereince and great job!!!

I made an appt for a technician to come to my home and give an estimate on what I consider to be a sizeable job. I was given a 2 hour window for the appt, 2:30-4:30. At 3:00 I called to make sure the appt was still a go. I was told by the I spoke to that she would call the tech and then call me back. I never received a call back. At 5:03 I called again to find out whether or not the tech would be coming to my home that evening. I was told she would make an "emergency" call to the tech which she assured me meant he would have to call back. Again I did not receive a cl back. I had heard good things about them but my experience was not good. I would give 0 stars if that were an option. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!

I called back because I didn't receive a call the following day. Not even an apology from the person I spoke to. He didn't seem to care that I left a 1 star review. I will never call them for service again and I strongly recommend that you don't either!!!!

Cordia has done the best work of any plumbing company we have found. They just replaced all the (80+ year old) drains and pipes in the basement of our 6-unit condo building, and did a great job. A smart and courteous crew altogether!

My plumber had retireed and being from the area I knew of Cordia plumbing. I referred my buyer to them, and I was so sorry that I need. I was completely disappointed with the service they provided, or lack there of. You would have thought they were paying us to be their customer. As everyone knows, when you are buying a house you are on defined timelines. It was very difficult to get reports, estimates and retuned calls from Cordia. When using email as a form of communication, my questions were often ignored. Toouch stress was placed on the deal, and had it not been for the hard work of myself and the listing agent, this contract may had fallen apart. I will never use them again.
