The Eve Services Technician did an excellent job on diagnosing the issue with the ice maker in our GE side - side 25.0 refrigerator and replaced the required part to remedy the performance issue in an efficient manner. He was responsive, knowledgeable, courteous, consistent, professional.

David's service was great. He knew within minutes what was wrong with my freezer and had the part ordered. I had to reschedule on short notice and Eve Services worked with me without issue. Would definitely use them again.

David did an excellent job repairing my LG refrigerator. He went beyond what the original diagnosed issue was (compressor)and observed that there was an oil leak as well and replaced that part too.

It was difficult to get repairs scheduled, but David did a great job diagnosing and fixing our microwave under warranty. We are soooo glad to have it working again!

David was knowledgeable AND efficient. He replaced the compressor in less than an hour. He was also very personable and was very accommodating to my many questions. I highly recommend him for your service needs.

David was very knowledgeable, efficient, and explained the cause of my malfunctioning refrigerator. He ordered the part right then! When the part was in,he came back and had it installed in less than 30 minutes!! He then explained things about operating the refrigerator that I never knew mattered. I had am amazing experience with Eve Services. The technician, David, was excellent. He went above and beyond in checking out all the areas of our oven that could have been causing the issues as well as providing advice for our LG refrigerator that we will definitely be taking to have a better experience with it. He was within the time window provided and even better, that window wasn't "all day" or 1/2 a day like other repair services but a short 2 hour window. Would absolutely recommend Eve and David and will definitely reach out on any future issues with our appliances.

David was professional, pleasant, and polite. David showed me the broken part and explained how the dryer could be repaired. The part was inexpensive. The labor cost was exorbitant! But . . . I got my dryer fixed the next day when the part was received. David was again professional, pleasant, and polite when he returned with the part to complete the repair.

David was a wonderful representative for your company. We had experienced terrible service from another company which resulted in not being able to use our fridge]freezer for close to 2 weeks. He came in and immediately fixed the problem. He helped clean the mess from the ice and water that had been created by the problem. He was friendly, knowledgeable and was beyond helpful. He gave us helpful hints on what to watch for in the future to avoid problems. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing service.

GE stove was under warranty. David diagnosed the issue and came back to replace the burner and switch. All is working well. David was prompt, quick, and respectful. Very good Technician!

Our fridge wasn't getting cold and LG actually contacted us to set up a service appointment. Eve called us and scheduled an appointment. David came right out and he was great. He diagnosed the issue and had to order a part. A week later he was back and got it all fixed. Very professional and efficient. He even suggested some things we could do to rearrange the fridge contents for better airflow. It's been great ever since.

This was covered by the LG warranty but I would definitely call Eve for any appliance repair
