Basically a scam!!! Do not give these people your money! Super unorganized, terrible customer service, and charge fees for absolutely anything they can!
They had us scheduled on the wrong day twice, and wanted us to pay another $89 because they messed up on their scheduling!!!! The scheduling person was extremely rude, and unhelpful. Complete and total scam, spent two weeks with them trying to fix my fridge and figure out how to work a schedule. -

The Eve Services Technician did an excellent job on diagnosing the issue with the ice maker in our GE side - side 25.0 refrigerator and replaced the required part to remedy the performance issue in an efficient manner. He was responsive, knowledgeable, courteous, consistent, professional.

David's service was great. He knew within minutes what was wrong with my freezer and had the part ordered. I had to reschedule on short notice and Eve Services worked with me without issue. Would definitely use them again.
