I had a bad washer and they had it repaired within 2hrs of calling so I bought a fridge and I think this is a excellent appliances store and the costumer service was amazing .and I will bring my lawn mower there for a tune up next week .. thank you you for your services highly recommend kc services..

UNTRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE!!!
I wouldn’t even give this place a star! My husband took my tv here last year September and we have not gotten our tv back. We only needed the back lights fixed on it and he tried working on it after 2 months of having it. When trying to work on it, he tried to use a shortcut to fix the lights and ended up breaking the screen and is now saying he’s waiting on a screen replacement to come in. He’s been telling my husband that he’s been waiting on a screen to come in for the past 3 months now. I am under the impression that he is not going to fix our tv now that HE’S BROKEN OUR SCREEN! I will update this whenever or if we get our tv fixed.
OF COURSE THAT WOULD BE YOUR RESPONSE!!! DONT TELL PEOPLE YOU CAN FIX SOMETHING AND THAN SAY YOU CANT!!! OWN UP TO YOUR MISTAKE!!! Thank you for letting me know I can finally pick up my tv AFTER SO LONG!!!
EVERYONE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! This company is not trustworthy!!!
