We love Arrowhead!! This is our second time using them, and I would recommend to anyone needing a professional and honest repairman. The first time he fixed our dishwasher, this time was our dryer. Each time he’s also walked my husband through everything and how he might be able to troubleshoot on his own next time.
Not only that, but he’s always been on time and communicated exceptionally well.

Wonderful company, wonderful products, wonder warranty and family! I meant to write this review a bit ago. The owner Andy was fantastic. We had a bit of a family catastrophe the day he delivered and set up our washer and dryer. He had driven here to overland park, was patient during the whole experience, waited for us to get back as we had a vehicle break down RIGHT when he came (I'm sure he had 20 other places to be), so I was surprised he stayed during our mini crisis (most people wouldn't), but he did, and he was as nice as could be. He took his time hooking our appliances up, thoroughly explained how everything worked, and did it all with a smile. A couple of months later, we had a leak (not the washer, it was the water spout) but Andy came out to look at it and with no hesitation, fixed it up at and saved us! I'm a single mother and the kindness and follow through still means a lot. You don't find good, morally sound companies like this anymore....goes a long way in my book. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I Oh, and the prices, no one else in the city can beat his prices for this quality of machinery. Amazing and to this day, not one issue. Arrowhead appliances DEFINITELY went above and beyond for us. Thank you guys
