Contacted me and kindly gave me their time to discuss my problem and gave their expert advice and own history, whether or not I chose to hire them. I felt no pressure but appreciated them more for contacting me in this respectful way . I would recommend them .

I highly recommend Rottler pest solutions if you're looking for a company that's not high pressure sales or tries to lock you into a long term contract. The only reason I'm leaving them a 1 star review, is because they never showed up for their 3:30 to 5:00 appointment on Tuesday and never called.

Prompt, friendly and professional! Took care of the yellowjackets that were so aggressive I could not go into my backyard.

We had them out for a wasp problem at a property we just purchased. The service was fantastic. Got the job done in one try, but still came out a few days later to make sure it was done right. I thought the cost was reasonable too. I'd use these guys again in a heartbeat.

Our serviceman Jeff did a great job today and was so helpful and knowledgeable. If you're in need of pest control service services, this company is reasonable in price and their technicians are top-notch.!

We would highly recommend not using this company. Their technicians change almost monthly and the service levels are not good. They show up when you are not home and do the service even if you ask them not to. They are all about making their money and not taking care of the customer.
They are a St Louis company not local and it shows in their attitude and service provided. Pick another company not this one as they don't value the customer, they only care about what is best for them.Official response from representative 01.06.2023 13:17Hi Steven. Great people! They have a lot of knowledge and answered all my questions and were very respectful and didn't try to pressure me at all.
