High quality work done by a professional! Our home is nice and cozy during the winter and nice and cool during the heat of summer. Vadim did an amazing job at installing a 2 zone system: the kids can keep their side of the house warmer while we keep it a few degrees cooler. Highly recommend.

Vadim was extremely quick to come to our aid and help replace our furnace when it started failing. He was extremely professional and helped us to understand how to work the new thermostat, and what things he noticed with the coil and ducts, etc.

James was great! He was able to get to our home same day which meant a lot because it was freezing temperatures and most companies wouldn’t come out same day. He did a thorough and complete job and was friendly, fair, and thoughtful in his work. I would highly recommend James to anyone in the Springfield metro who needs HVAC work.

James with Julian's Heating and Air was incredible. I was running a few minutes late and by the time I arrived he had diagnosed and fixed my AC! To say I was surprised is an understatement!

Julian's Heating and Air went above and beyond expectations working with our home warranty company to repair our A/C this summer. Without their help we do not think our system would be up and cooling. They spent hours on the phone with the home warranty company to resolve the inability to obtain parts needed. We would highly recommend Julian's for your heating and air service!

We contacted our home warranty provider due to an issue with our heater not functioning properly. They dispatched Julian's Heating and Air to resolve the problem. JD made multiple visits to address an ongoing issue with the heater. He consistently demonstrated a professional demeanor, addressing my concerns attentively and assuring me that the issue would be resolved. I highly recommend them!

They responded Quickly to our Request. I thought it needed Freon, But they saw the box had come loose from the house and was arcing. Did not need Freon so they did not give us any. I’m glad they saw the real problem as opposed to what someone else had told us and did it right the first time. Would highly recommend

Julian’s Heating and Air just recently removed our old PTAC unit in our sunroom and installed a brand new unit. Our technician JD was prompt, professional and explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. Everyone that we’ve spoken to in the office has always been extremely polite and professional and answered all of our questions as well. Great company and we will continue to use them in the future.

The guys were friendly fast and efficient ; they went out of their way to get it repaired today !

This was for my biannual service. Tech showed up as scheduled. Checked and cleaned my AC unit. I was notified a connector was getting worn and could fail. I was given the option to replace now or when failed. I opted for now, he had the part available and replaced it. I was very pleased with my service.

We just moved to the area not long ago. We want to support local as much as possible. We had a very cold snap come thru and noticed our system was not heating very well. My husband contacted their office, and they were able to come out quickly and address the issues. James worked up a quote, and we accepted. We were thinking it would be a couple of weeks due to the weather coming in, but they came out before it hit and offered us heaters in the meantime. We are now warm and cozy, thanks to them! Would recommend them to anyone without any hesitation!

Great company to work with. Had an issue with my a/c sunday night. Contacted my home warranty company and Julian's was given the assignment. I called first thing Monday morning and they rearranged their schedule so the could fit me in. JD arrived and just based off of my description of the problem he was able to diagnose the problem without even looking at the a/c. Had my unit up and running in less then 30 minutes. Barb in the office was a pleasure to work with as well. Very pleasant and accommodating. GREAT COMPANY WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR A/C SERVICE.
