We are in our second year of using Shirley’s now and couldn’t be more pleased with their responsiveness and ability to diagnose and repair whatever issues we’ve had come up. We’ve never had to wait more than 24 hours for a repair and for emergencies we have been lucky enough to be squeezed in for a same-day response! It is so refreshing to have a company that actually believes in true customer service. It’s a 180° turnabout from the previous company we were using that was located on N. Miller Ave in Springfield. We were so glad to find a caring and fair company like Shirley’s. We are confident enough in Shirley’s to recommend them to our friends and will continue to do so.

Our furnace circuit board actually caught on fire, and since the system was 20+ years old, both the furnace and AC needed to be replaced. Shirley's Heating and Air were incredibly informative and helpful during the entire process. They provided several options and the prices were extremely competitive (lower) than other bids. All of this happened during January, and Shirley's were quick to get it installed. Thank you

We had a serious problem with our entire heating, air and ductwork. From the very first call they were so understanding of our problem. Next day they were out and replacing our system. Kevin went above and beyond anything we could have asked for. The new unit is now top of the line and our house is now free of major order!! Cristal and I looked forward to many years of comfort. My only regret was that I could only give them 5 stars. They deserve 10!
