I recently had Rob Theisen out to have some foundation work done and called Rob and although he was very busy, he fit me in and did a wonderful job and so professional. At one point he texted me to let me know he was going to be a few minutes late and apologized for it. I was so amazed and grateful because I have never experienced such awesome communication from any service company. I highly recommend him and his company, and this is the first time I took the time to recommend a company.

Rob is professional, hard-working, kind and cost-effective. He left our unfinished basement cleaner than he found it!

Could not be happier considering I had to rip open a part of my finished basement when we discovered water. Rob was honest, knew what he was doing and saved us from more damage and money in the long run. He identified and his tech repaired a hidden crack while there to repair others. Imagine how upsetting it would have been to put everything back and still have water show up in a few months! Everyone worked together to fix this unwelcome surprise same day. And he even took my phone call a few days later with follow up questions, told me to call anytime and I believe him. He and Dan were so nice and kept me calm through the whole thing. About a month or so ago, I woke up to a flood in the basement and after several very frustrating hours of trying to limit the water damage, I called Rob at Crack Attack. They were recommended by a friend, because, honestly, can you really believe all those reviews were not filtered?

Rob is very knowledgeable, hardworking and honest guy. If you want the honest assessment of your situation and an actual solution or plan - call Crack Attack. You will not have to remortgage the house to pay for it either!

Customer service and quality is a high priority for these guys. They keep you informed, you don't have to wait around for most of day - their window of arrival is 30min-1hour max; you don't have to deal with a mess after they leave - everything is cleaned up. After the initial fix of our crack, we were given a warranty and Rob told me it was now their problem. And oh boy, they came through with their promise - they had to come twice more to work on the same place on our basement wall after heavy rains (under warranty and no additional charges) and they figured it out! Rob checked on the results after every rain (really, who does that these days?)

Rob just saved us...again!

Back in 2013, we had three vertical cracks in our basement that required repair, before we could close on our home. We called Rob and we are so glad we did. When we called, Rob got back to us quickly. He came out and filled all the cracks with epoxy and there have been ZERO leaks since then, even in the torrent of rain we had a few years ago. NOT ONE DROP!

Now we are selling our home and need to disclose the repair on our seller disclosure statement. Rob provided us with a lifetime/transferable warranty when he completed the job in 2013, but we couldn't find the paperwork anywhere.

Out of sheer desperation, we called, and once again Rob saved the day. He drove to our house and hand-delivered a copy of the receipt and warranty. We offered to pay him for his time and trouble and he outright refused.

Thank god for Rob! We were so pleased with the service and repair that we received from Rob and Crack Attack. He helped us to repair a crack in our foundation that we had been unable to successfully repair for over a year and a half. We were in the process of selling our house and due to close on Friday. We had recently discovered a crack in our fountain that needed to be fixed before closing. I searched on a Sunday night and heard from from Rob first thing Monday morning. He was so nice and informative. He happened to have some openings due to the weather and gave us a free quote over the phone and showed up at our house and fixed it the same day! He did an excellent job. Provided all of the paperwork we needed. I would definitely recommend this company if you need foundation work.

I cannot speak highly enough of Rob Theisen, the owner of Crack Attack. Due to the excessive rain this spring and early summer, Rob, was providing foundation waterproofing estimates and was honest that he wouldn't be able to get to the job for months because he was so busy. When I called him in May, he answered my call while on a job because his voicemail box was full. He scheduled a time and date in June to visit our home and evaluate and provide an estimate for waterproofing foundation cracks. He looked at the cracks and identified those that needed repair and detailed the method of waterproofing he would do, and told us those cracks that did not need repair. He also pointed out areas where we needed to have grading done around the foundation so the soil would slope away from the house, and shared a lot of other helpful information. Rob is the ultimate professional; very knowledgeable, organized, and most importantly prices his foundation repairs fairly.
Once we had the drywall removed from the finished areas of the basement, I called Rob and he scheduled the job for two days in September since one of the cracks was a carbon fiber repair that required an hour or so on the second day. He called and confirmed the appointment the morning of, and arrived at the designated time with Jeremy, one of his workers. We had six cracks repaired and both Rob and Jeremy did an excellent job. He provided a Warranty Certificate that warrants any of the areas he waterproofed to be free from water leakage for the full lifetime of our home, that is transferable to any future owner of our home. I would recommend Crack Attack to anyone looking for an honest and exceptional foundation repair specialist.

Outstanding service! Rob explained everything to us up front and told us exactly what to do to get ready for the repair. We had two cracks that were actually leaking when he arrived and he was able to seal them both up and stop the water coming into our basement. The price was VERY reasonable and it comes with a lifetime warranty which will be important when we sell our house.

I was looking to get a few vertical foundation cracks that had leaked before, wanting to finish off part of basement. Called around, talked to some people, and decided on Crack Attack to do the work. Could not be happier, good quote, didn't try to sell anything I didn't need. Did very professional job, cleaned up afterwards, workers are very passionate about doing it right, and doing it once. We had Crack Attack inject both horizontal and vertical cracks in our basement and apply carbon fiber reinforcement to two walls in our basement. They arrived when they said they would and were very professional and considerate of my family. They made sure we knew that the grinder they would be using would be noisy and have a loud pop sound while they were using it and there may be an odor (which should remain downstairs but we would smell if we went down there) when they applied the carbon fiber. We appreciated knowing this information as our granddaughters would be at our house during the day while they were working so we had a back up plan if the need came for us to leave. Honestly neither the noise or odor bothered us or our granddaughters in fact they napped as normal and no odor was detected. Not only did they fix the cracks as we had agreed to but also additional cracks they found while sanding down the walls and we were not charged anything additional for those cracks. I don't know many companies that will go the extra mile for their customers and not charge them for the extra work they do. We are beyond pleased with their work in fact they were finished they left our basement looking cleaner than is was before they started. We would highly recommend Crack Attack to anyone looking for quality work by professionals.
