This company really is the best choice we could've made for our roof replacement project! Josh, the general manager, was exceptionally responsive to our needs. He worked directly with our insurance company to get additional items covered that were not initially covered by insurance. Josh is very personable and knowledgeable when it comes to this profession. He was always very polite and involved in the project before, during and after the job was done.
His installers were on time and had to work extra hard because the shingles could not be loaded directly on the roof and the waste dumpster could not be brought close to the house due to our driveway layout and large trees. Regardless, they finished the project on time and were respectful of our property. We are very happy with the outcome of the new roof. Josh worked to make sure we were pleased with the shingle selection and made special trips to our property to drag a magnetic rake across the lawn to pick up any remaining nails, even after the installers had done this when finishing the project. This addressed our concern since we have a dog that could otherwise have stepped on them. We highly suggest this company and specifically the general manager, Josh!
Official response from representative 28.09.2026 13:29Thank you so much for taking the time to write this. It means a lot to our whole team, and I'll make sure Josh and the install crew see it. The crew put in extra effort to get it done on schedule and I love to hear that Josh going back out with the magnetic rake for your dog. We'd much rather make an extra trip than leave a single nail behind. We're glad you're happy with the new roof and with how the insurance side came together. If you ever need anything down the road, just give us a call.… -

Very good service and very good cleaning up , like the roofing nails that fall off and into your yard. Our roof where we live in the CWE was damaged from the May 16th , tornado. We first had an estimate from John Beal roofing , wow! Expensive compared to best Choice Roofing. And John Beal estimator kind of left us hanging after many tries of texting and calling . He was in Florida one time golfing could give me an answer until he got back which you never did , and other incidents similar to that with John Beal Roofing. So we got fed up and ended up with best choice Roofing which was fast efficient and did an overall excellent job with a 5-year warranty on the roof .
