Had a Silver Maple tree crash through our house on Saturday. Nick stopped and removed the tree from atop the roof and cleared the deck. Big mess......
Official response from representative 06.07.2026 15:31Thank you Ernie for the review . I try my best to take care of every customer the same as I took care of you . -
We engaged Nicholas Womack to install our kitchen and kitchen island.
The install was not an easy one. It's our first home. So our first kitchen. And we went in blind.
Bought some cabinets from Menards and boy was it hard to install. But Nicholas was a joy to work with. He didn't rush and scrimp on quality. He made sure to take his time and ensure the cuts and measurements were correct.
And he is very honest as well. What was supposed to be a 2 day install, he was upfront, and immediately told us he needed more time. Which we are glad he told us. So we extended the project for another day. Overall, happy that we worked with Nicholas. He even gave us a discount. Despite the extension. -
I had an emergency at my office. I found this company via an internet search for "Home repair near me". I just started calling the companies that were listed in the answer to my Google inquiry. Several were contacted and they were either not in the office at the time or I was asked to leave a message and I'd receive a call later.
Nicholas answered his phone and after a brief description of what I thought the problem was I texted him a picture of the building facade. He was on a job but promised to come over later that day.
When he did a more careful inspection he informed me that a very dangerous situation existed and if not corrected it would lead to building damage or worse, injury or death to an employee or patient.
The sagging facade was not caused by the wind as I'd thought. It was, in fact, caused by the dislodging of over 500 pounds of mortar. It could have fallen at any time and killed or maimed anyone in its path. It would also have taken out 4 very large floor to ceiling windows.
Nicholas advised me to shut down the business until he removed the problem. He taped off the entrance so no passers-by would get close to it. It was late so he promised to return the next day to demolish and replace the structure. Before leaving he went to Home Depot and got boards to protect the windows from an overnight mishap and from breakage when he knocked down the sagging structure. Hopefully I will be able to post the video of his successful demolition - no damage to person or property.
Finally, he returned the next day to install the siding, canned lights, and he put in a spotlight camera for us. I felt he did an excellent job for a very fair price. It is no exaggeration to say that he potentially saved us and our patients from injury or death. I recommend him without reservation.

Tons of issues with this individual, if negative stars could be given, they would be. I do not know where to start, but I will try to start somewhere. Showed up an hour half past the stated time, did not have the required tools for the job to begin with, no shop vac, improper grout removal tools, no tile spacers, showed a complete lack of expertise. Ended up using my own tools. Hired for a tile resetting and grouting. Did not resurface (take away old mortar) of tile needing to be replaced, and instead placed thinset ontop of preexisting mortar. No spacers were used between the tiles. I come out to see that tiles had an elevation difference in a 1/4 - 1/2 an inch, and were nowhere near level, or evenly spaced. When questioned about why these look horrible, excuses and justification were tried to be made as to why these are not going to look perfect. When in reality, if the original surface is restored, the tiles should look no different than they did upon original install. I had to replace 32 / 30 originally needed tiles as he had popped 2 additional tiles up during his degrouting process. Requested that he did not return and paid him for the day. He requested an exuberate amount for his time spent, and shotty work performed. Would absolutely not recommend this individual, and would rather hire anybody and everybody else before I trust him with any sort of project that requires precision and detail.
Official response from representative 25.03.2026 17:57I was called to to reset tile and regrout tile floor that the customer had installed himself. I accepted the job based on a video call, pictures and customer description. I normally wouldn't accept a tile job where floor is coming up what customer had done themselves. It usually indicates that it probably wasn't done right and it leads to more work trying to correct other problems or other parts of the floor continue to come up later. But it was around the corner from another remodeling job… -
Brett was an absolute pleasure to work with! He did a great job restoring and refinishing our cedar house and doing some repair work on our deck. His work is high quality, communication was great, and he went above and beyond to get us on the right path for some other things we need done. I highly recommend Superior Cedar and Deck Restoration.

For over 15 years Brett was the only person I would allow to do work on my deck and cedar-sided home. I have recommended him countless times and never heard a complaint. His attention to detail, the quality of products used, and his dedication to his craft set him apart from others.

I had a really good experience working with Brett. He washed my deck so well that there's few signs remaining of the tough, plasticy sealer applied by the previous homeowners. Afterwards, he soaked the cedar with TWP and the results look and feel great. I'd use Brett again without hesitation.
